I had an excellent hair cut experience with Nicki today. My hair looked fab just how I wanted it, short and finely cut.Thanks Nicki!!!

It’s always a pleasure to visit the salon and to see Natalie who is always patient with my constant alterations and who has my trust.

It was good to see Victoria again after a longer gap than usual. As ever she restored the shape of my hair and ensured it was exactly as I wanted. She is always friendly and we have great conversations

Laura is the best Hairdresser in South London/ Surrey. I recommend her constantly as people often compliment me on my Hair.
However the Salon is in need of a little TLC. The Client & Staff Toilet is rickety and not attached to anything much. One exuberant leap onto the Seat and we’d need an Ambulance and a Plumber. Also - the Coffee. Whereas Touché normally offers really good Coffee, this time someone made me a cup of bitter cheap instant Coffee. I couldn’t drink it.

Brought my 3.5 year old for a trim. Nicki was very good with her and my daughter loves getting her hair done.

Very impressive haircut, exceptionally thorough and professional

I am absolutely delighted with my hair. Nicki was fantastic and did exactly what I asked. The salon is small and friendly and the receptionist Jo is very helpful. I would highly recommend having your hair done here.

Once again Sharon was exceedingly professional and I got an excellent very much needed haircut. I was extremely disappointed however to see how tired and even dirty in some places the inside fabric of the salon was. I have been a customer of this salon for over thirty years and have never seen it looking this sad.

Fabulous service as always from Touché staff , great to be back. Debbie did a great job. Will miss her as I’m moving. Sophie, the newest staff member did a great shampoo . Thank you all .

Beverley is an excellent stylist. I have been going to the salon for 6 years and she never fails to deliver a fabulous hairstyle. Her cutting skills and colouring competencies are always top notch. I am never disappointed and always leave the salon with exactly the colour and style I requested. Beverley is very friendly and listens to you and advises appropriately.

I had my skin test done, did not have to wait long, was offered a drink. The girls were very polite and attentive. First impression very good.

As usual a great service from touché. Victoria always cuts my hair well. All staff working well considering the covid restrictions at the moment.

Saloon was socially distanced calm and relaxing, as usual great service and great haircut. Just miss seeing friendly bubbly Joe the receptionist

Lovely Laura kindly recut the front of my angled bob after my initial appointment because though well cut, my hair is too thin to support the layers at the front. She changed it to an even length bob which is perfect and turns under beautifully. Back to good hair days! Anything that cheers you up in 2020 is priceless.

Sharon is very attentive of my hair always asking me if I am happy with the style & colour. Her styling is excellent highly recommend Sharon

I was booked for the first day of Lockdown 2, which obviously had to be cancelled. Nicki had a free appointment before lockdown, whereas my usual stylist didn't. Nicki consulted my usual stylist in advance of the appointment so she was well prepared and the session ran really well. The salon takes its Covid-19 procedures very seriously and the staff look after you throughout. Back to my usual stylist after this lockdown but many thanks, Nicki, for standing in so ably.

Avery good standard of cut / styling on difficult hair .It needs an experienced stylist .styling was good for lockdown period.
