Lovely Laura kindly recut the front of my angled bob after my initial appointment because though well cut, my hair is too thin to support the layers at the front. She changed it to an even length bob which is perfect and turns under beautifully. Back to good hair days! Anything that cheers you up in 2020 is priceless.

Sharon is very attentive of my hair always asking me if I am happy with the style & colour. Her styling is excellent highly recommend Sharon

I was booked for the first day of Lockdown 2, which obviously had to be cancelled. Nicki had a free appointment before lockdown, whereas my usual stylist didn't. Nicki consulted my usual stylist in advance of the appointment so she was well prepared and the session ran really well. The salon takes its Covid-19 procedures very seriously and the staff look after you throughout. Back to my usual stylist after this lockdown but many thanks, Nicki, for standing in so ably.

I feel very safe and good service

I was really apprehensive to get my hair done because of Covid-19 but when I went in it was so well organised, everyone in safety gear. Sharon is very professional, friendly and puts you at ease. Her years of experience shines through her expertise and I’ve received so many comments on video about my new look - fabulous.

Great cut and highlights from Sharon, as usual and lovely massage and Bond Fusion. Very pleased

Covid measures in place were very good and I felt very safe- Lots of visible cleaning, masks and visors both worn (rather than just the latter), temperature checks on entry, screen up at the entrance, hand sanitiser everywhere, not too many customers in at once, door open and greeted outside

Been to Niamh a couple of times now and my hair always looks so lovely! So happy with it every time! She’s amazing at what she does!!

Been going to Touche Purley for many years and have never had a bad experience. Always polite and take time to discuss exactly what you want. Even with Covid they still manage to keep things as normal as possible.

It was my first time in Touche Purley yesterday & I had a lovely relaxing apt with Neeve & also help from Jess. Neeve made me feel instantly comfortable with how sweet & professional she was. She understood straight away the result I wanted to achieve and left me with a beautifully done balayage, cut & curly blow dry. Jess also was great as she helped take my temperature and offer sanitiser, wash my hair and clean the salon thoroughly to keep us all safe during this time. I look forward to rebooking with them both.

Lovely as always. They really have done their utmost to make people feel safe in the salon - very spread out, good hygiene measures in place and everyone following the rules ref face coverings etc The warm welcome and fantastic service haven’t changed - all excellent.
