We would like to also acknowledge your feedback about wait time and to let you know how sorry we are for the delay you experienced before your appointment, and for the failings on our side regarding waiting for your beverage. Our team strive to stay on schedule but unfortunately, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. However, we completely appreciate that waiting for this long is not at all ideal. Fortunately this is not a common issue within our business, but we can only apologise again that this happened with your appointment.
