Many thanks for taking the time to leave your review of our salon, it is greatly appreciated as we are always striving to better ourselves and our salons.
We have recently taken on some new team members and they are busy training to get on top of their skills. We host training in our salons every Monday which is great opportunity for our new recruits to learn, but they also gain so much from hands on experience working with clients during the day to day running of the salons. We can only apologise that this element of the service has let you down on this occasion, but it would be wonderful if we could gain further insight so we can help the individual involved and to make it up to you.
