I’ve been coming to T&G Putney for many years and will do so for many more. First class service and hairdressing. The whole team are excellent and the experience is always great.

Worse haircut I jave had in decades.. So far from what I wanted its not funny (and I did bring 2 photos)... NEVER AGAIN

I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to book a colour. She is extremely knowledgable and friendly. Having made several attempts at numerous salons to correct my colour from dark brown to mouse brown I have had little success. I book with Lisa by chance when walking into the salon looking for a last minute appointment. She was very helpful and honest in regard to the result which could be achieved and the duration it would take. Several colours later I am over the moon with the result and now back to my natural colour. HUGE THANKS

Great job. She takes her time to style my hair and does not rush it, I mean hats off to her for dealing with my type of hair too!

Lisa runs the salon so well and that‘s reflected in the overall store atmosphere (her team is so lovely as well). If you are in need of some colour/highlights, Lisa is amazing. She always gives the right advice, does amazing highlights and is just such a lovely and warm person. Couldn’t recommend more highly! And you can even come with a baby to appointments - the team is so lovely and caring that my baby always loved it at the salon.

Denise is a very good stylist. She suggested a style that would suit me. She cut it beuatifly and she was right it does suit me. I feel lovely after my hair done. Friendly atmospher.

I moved away from my hairdresser of 15 years... I can’t believe I found Lisa - it’s like she’s down my hair all my life, and what a passionate and caring person she is to top it all off.

Another great colour tint of the grey which is why I have come to Lisa for over 15 years. Just don’t tell anyone!!

Great experience, always friendly, listen to what you want and a great cut. I have short, thick hair and it can be cut badly very easily but not at Toni and guy in putney.

I was seen by the manager for a hair colour she was lovely and informative. However right at the end I noticed that I have a huge black stain on the back of my neck so I asked the lady who did the washing& rough drying to clean it up and she tried a bit but told me it’s not going away just put your hair down and don’t worry about it! She didn’t try harder to get rid off it. So I had to ask her for more cotton pad and started doing it myself and managed to clean it up myself. Also I asked the same girl when she finished the rough drying to just comb my hair so the hair falls into place and don’t look too messy but she refused to do that. I’ve been to Toni & guy for the last 9 years and rough drying wasn’t ever this rough!! They normally comb your hair while drying it so it doesn’t look too messy!

Very attentive and great blow dry. Team on reception were lovely. Very nice new guy on reception - he was french, can't remember his name.

Always a pleasant experience and made welcome and Klaudia does a fantastic cut. Frequently get compliments on how good is my cut.

I had an appointment at 2.30. When I arrived I was told that I would need to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for the colourist. After about 20 minutes I got up to ask how long I would have to wait. It was going to be another 15/ 20 minutes so in the end Paola did the colour and cut which was great. I did get some money off and a treatment, but it was a frustrating start to what should have been a relaxing afternoon. Just to reiterate though Paola's cut and colour was great and the person who gave me the treatment was very friendly.

What a great salon! The staff are friendly, can't do enough for you and provide such a good service. My only gripe would be on leaving, the lady on reception weren't aware that my session had already been paid for. Perhaps a system should be put in place for notes to be added to a booking for these occasions?
