I have my hair cut by Megan throughout the year and she always does a fantastic job. The staff always take the time to discuss my requirements. The Putney branch always make sure they do exactly what I ask for, this seems to be at the top of their priorities - unlike other hairdressing salons on the high street who just do what they want to.

I was booked an appointment with someone I was told is a senior, for that reason I asked the price and I was told on the phone it will only cost me 60 quid so I said ok! but I was charged way more than I ever pay normally in my old saloon. The result was average for 122 pounds, I get a better result with an average stylist colouring my hair normally, and a junior blow dry all for 55-60 quid!! blow dry here was good but nothing major, lovely lady though. The Saloon looked a bit dated, too dark, couldn’t even see my white roots in the mirror!, I wasn’t offered tea or coffee at first, I had to ask for it. Lovely staff specially the receptionist ( she’s a sales woman who told me it will all cost me 60 quid and sold the appointment!) .. overall sadly this branch will try to suck up your money!!! I Get the same results if not better in other branches, literally half the price!!!!! Not sure if I go back but if I go pls don’t shoot me!! Lol Kind Regards, honest regular!

I had a cut and colour. The colour was great, exactly what I wanted. However I left the salon with sticky, matted hair as the hairdresser had put so much foam into it. I saw a friend straight after who said my hair looked very greasy. I said I don’t usually use product but the hairdresser put 5 handfuls in. I also asked for a smooth wavy blow dry. Instead he used the diffuser, even when I said that usually Makes my hair big and frizzy. I left hating my hair, and washing it as soon as I came home. I expect far more for Toni and Guy who I have been using my whole life in another city. This experience has put me off using Putney Toni and Guy for a hair cut. I was offered to have it washed and restyled but I had been in there for 2.5 hours by this point and my confidence in the skill set was knocked.
