I have been coming to this branch in Putney for a while and always look forward to coming. I came for just a hair cut this time on the 23rd June. Klaudia did an amazing job with my hair and knew exactly what I wanted. The service is top class and they really look after you and make you feel welcome. Can't wait to go again.

My stylist was Var and can’t find her name. A great cut (one length) with a slight long fringe.

Very friendly salon. Advice was given and the Director listened to me and adapted her advice accordingly. I felt listened to but also professionally advised.
All staff, from Receptionist to Director to junior, were extremely friendly and helpful and made you feel like a valued customer. Not to mention the massage chairs at the washbasins!

Lisa is an amazing colourist and always friendly and welcoming. I think the salon has responded incredibly well to Covid requirements and I felt like great care was taken to ensure the safety of clients and staff.

Marzia has done an amazing job with my hair, she was very professional and did a really good hair cut. They also have given me some very good advise on hair colour and treatments.

Putney branch is always excellent, very professional with Covid regs and the quality of service and attention to detail is always there. I’ve tried other branches and will be going back to the Putney branch from now on as they are the best.

Loved my colourist, he did an excellent job. The assistant that washed my hair must have been having a bad day as she wasn’t the friendliest and completely skipped the head massage- which we all know is the best part of going to the hairdresser!!
Haircut was also great and she was lovely.
General customer service let the salon down - I was refused a glass of water (due to Covid) even though the client next to me had just been given a glass of water! It just didn’t feel like the luxury / pampering experience that you’d normally expect when spending £200.

No one cuts hair like Christophe. He is a genius. No doubt about it. Every haircut is more amazing than the last. Always creative and perfect in every tiny detail.

Lockdown was a total disaster for hair colour. But now Lisa the Miracle Worker is back!!! And, now, so is my beautiful blonde-lavender gorgeous hair. Thank you, Lisa!

I’d been waiting for more than 7 months to get my hair done. It was time for a new look . Attilio listened intently to what I wanted and more than delivered. Fabulous colour and cut. I loved it and later the compliments I got on a night out showed my new do was a rave hit with my friends. Highly recommended.

I got asked when the baby’s due , I’m not pregnant and made me feel really uncomfortable. The colour is a lot brighter than expected and he’s missed little patches at the front . I could of done a better job at home .Not worth the money , would not recommend and won’t be using them again

I have been a customer for a while and I tried different hairstylists. The quality is very good if you choose the more senior staff but prices went up a lot and are now too high for what it is. The salon was spotless and I really appreciated they really respect all the COVID rules (not common to see this around London). I booked my appointment at 10am and apparently because of a website issue I was assigned to a different, more junior hairdresser or offered to come back 2h 45 mins later to get the stylist I actually booked. I understand those things can happen but again for paying £75 for a haircut, I can’t say I am happy with the experience. Attilio was absolutely great and maybe affordable for a once a year haircut.

Very pleased with the colour and trim

I had the best experience with Chris and Lisa this week. Lisa was very knowledgeable about my hair, colour options, framing, and more. She chose the best colour for me, and Chris finished it off with amazing layers! Both were personable and friendly and I'll definitely book with them again in the future! Also major props to Toni&Guy Putney for the COVID hygiene standards in place.

Christoph is not only hilarious but he manages always manages to make me look a million dollars and 10 years younger. Thank you to you and Emma for cutting my hair over the last 12 years. It is with sadness that I have to say goodbye. You have set the bar high for my my next hairdresser. Best T&G in the country.

Excellent haircut from Paola. The skilful cut managed to give my thinning hair body and lift. She took the time understand what I wanted and then proceeded accordingly. The entire salon was very Covid consciousness and I didn’t feel compromised at any point.

Lottie was really nice and we had great fun giving me a restyle from long to short and donating the hair to the Little Princess charity. She made sure the style was ‘me’ and something I’d be able to do myself at home.
