Klaudia was really sweet and professional, and did a great job

The stylist name's Lottie. But her name was not on the list. She's very nice and friendly. She gave me a really good haircut. She understood perfectly what I actually wanted. I would really recommend her.

I got my hair cut by Lottie and I was extremely happy with it. I went for a style change and got quite a bit cut off, Lottie took the time to make me feel involved in the process and to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I also felt very at ease regarding their COVID 19 precautions.

Chris cut my hair....I don't come to the hairdresser's for a social really but both Emma and Chris were very friendly ...most important his cut was really good...great service...great talent...good company....will be coming back for sure

When Klaudia had finished doing my hair which was a cut and blowdry , it appeared to be just ok when it was finished. Unfortunately when I got home and I was able to see more closely just how she had cut my hair, It was disappointing. The ends were uneven and the cut was Unlevel throughout which didn’t look very professional at all. When I booked my hair appointment with the receptionist I did ask for a hairdresser who has cut very curly:frizzy hair and the receptionist assured me the hairdresser had experience with that type of hair.

Great haircut , no appt, no waiting . Very professional ( and coped admirably with a leak in the ceiling during a rain storm )

Whenever I go here everyone is always so welcoming, the seats at the shampoo area are sooo comfortable with new massagers and Klaudia always does such a great job! :))

As always, a pleasure to work with Lisa, she is so skilled and creative, full of good advice to keep your hair in top condition. Very happy with my new brunette tresses and subtle highlights...

Couldn’t see Ryan’s name in the drop down but he was lovely, really professional and done an amazing blow dry! I’ll be back for my colour in October.

Had my hair cut for the first time as a new client. The staff were very friendly & professional. I had my hair cut by Christophe who was very friendly & did an amazing job of my hair exactly how I wanted it. He took his time and did a excellent job and I am very happy with my hair.

As ever Lisa is a colour genius. Always knows what colours to use and makes me look & feel fabulous.

Awesome service. PPE and even a system for handling handbags, coats etc securely - very reassuring. Also noticed: absence of magazines and hot drinks; separate stalls for hair washing; evidence of sterilisation of equipment. Overall a minimalist and sterile shop which left me very reassured. Staff explain on arrival how the system works, disposable PPE for clients and masks and visors for staff. Totally stress free. Add to that the usual excellent haircut from Paola and I left very happy!

She did exactly how I imagined my hair will be like during the visit. She really made my day! It was nice being "pampered" after a hectic day at work. Excellent service as always.

My stylist was Ryan which isn’t on drop down list. I think this has been my best appointment at Tony and Guy ever, Ryan was very nice and I left thinking my hair has never looked so nice.

Had a great experience recently when I went for a hair cut. Clean, airy salon with safety screens up between customers at the sink and otherwise large spaces. Salon staff are wearing both eye shields and face masks. You get your own mask, disposable gown and a new transparent plastic bag to put your valuables in. And a great haircut at the end of the day.

I was extremely happy with my experience here and felt safe and comfortable the entire time. They were very clear on how they were keeping customers safe. I also loved my haircut and blow dry !

Colour by Chelsea was perfect. And cut by Klaudia was exactly what I wanted today. Super happy with the results!

Having thick, frizzy curls means that I struggle to find stylists with a good understanding of my hair. Ryan was the best stylist I have ever had; he took the time to discuss what I needed and gave really useful advice for looking after my hair. Thank you so much Ryan!

It was a little daunting at first going back to the hairdressers with everyone in PPE, however after I had adjusted to the new surroundings I enjoyed the experience of getting my hair cut again, especially when it came to the head massage! I felt comfortable and safe that everyone was wearing PPE, and I will definitely be back.! Great job done by all the Toni & Guy staff in Putney ! Thank you !
