Please ensure that your staff are wearing PPE correctly and impress on them the importance of doing so. It is ineffectual if not worn properly. Visors should be worn with the band on the forehead. My hairdresser was wearing hers on her head like a hairband. Masks are not mandatory for hairdressers but if you are going to wear one make sure you’re wearing it properly. Only two members of staff were wearing masks properly; all others had them covering their mouths only and not their noses. One man had his mask positioned over his chin, covering neither his mouth nor his nose. This lack of adherence to COVID guidelines made for a stressful and anxiety-enducing experience that I would not want to repeat.

Great experience with an amazing result, stylists here are truly professional as well as kind and passionate about their job. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I definitely needed a haircut after months of lockdown and it was great to get one. Everyone was very friendly and it was all good. Very happy with the result and with all of the measures taken to make sure it’s safe. Thanks to Christophe and all the Toni and Guy’s team.

Everything was perfect and I felt very safe.
To start, Emma was very sweet and helpful to find me a last minute slot with Klaudia.
Klaudia was fantastic! The “new normal” is an interesting experience that made me feel comfortable and safe. You can see the sterilizers and other cleaning products everywhere to make sure all the items are super clean in between clients. My only concern is the loads of single use/disposable items that will generate so much bin. I trust it will have a correct destination afterwards.
Klaudia is an amazing hairstylist. She was super nice and sweet and did a wonderful haircut. She gave me very nice hair tips in the end and made good products suggestions.
My first time at T&G was more than I expected! I will certainly return!

I have visited the Toni & Guy Hair Salon in Putney on the 8th of July 2020 after the reopening of Covid19 lockdown. The salon was absolutely spotless and the entire team tried their 100% and more to stick to the new Coronovirus Government Guidelines (I was given a mask to wear, a disposable gown and a brand new hair towel only to be used by me). They have made my visit as comfortable and effortless as possible. Hairdresser Paola was fabulous and has followed the strict sanitising rules throughout my visit. 
Thank you very much for the entire saloon and we are very happy to see you all back. Please do not hesitate to visit them!

Really lovely experience!

The whole salon setup was very safe, paying great attention to detail- all stylists wore PPE as did clients which put me at ease. They were all professional and Had put a lot of thought into how to run the salon. As usual,Chelsea and Paola gave me a great result.

Amazing hair cut! The salon had taken health and safety really seriously (PPE, hand gel, social distancing) and were still able to give a friendly and excellent service. Emma was skilled and confident at cutting curly hair!

Had a lovely haircut by Var. I used to have my haircut by Megan, but unfortunately she has left Putney T&G now. Var gave an excellent cut and also crimped my fringe, which looked really good. I am always blown away by the service and Emma, who is the managing director always makes me feel extremely welcome. A lot of effort is always put into what the customer requires and I think this is why T&G do so well. This has been my regular hairdresser for about the last 10 years - and I won't go anywhere else ever. I even resisted to get my haircut elsewhere, because they were closed for refurbishment. So glad they are open again now and love the new look refurb. If you want a great haircut everytime - then use Toni and Guy Putney Hight Street. It's truly amazing.

Lisa has perfected the Art (capital A) of colouring. The results are stunning. If you’ve had a colour problem elsewhere, Lisa will sort it out. Lisa listens to what you are looking for. You will not be disappointed! I never am!
