Great service!!

My stylist was actually Ryan, his name was missing in drop down menu. Ryan did a great job, spent time to find out what I want and gave me some really good suggestions. My haircut looks great, fresh and light.

Always professional and polite even though I was 5 mins late! Klaudia always listens to what I want, not what she thinks I should have!! Great time having hair cut and confidence in stylist

Ryan again really listened to me and gave me the perfect colour and cut I wanted. The new refurbishment looks amazing and the salon looks so much bigger. Very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable staff who all want you to have a wonderful pampering experience. Thank you so so much your kindness and understanding today Emma & Christophe and of course the lovely Simone I will bring in large box of chocs next time. Will be only going to Tony & Guy from now on found the perfect stylist who really wants you to be happy with your hair. Lots of love Lynne x

I came for a colour and cut tonight and felt like I received half a job. My hair appointment is a treat and something I really look forward to. Firstly, I think my advice on colour was rushed. Then, after being booked in with a particular stylist I ended up having a cut with someone I had specifically asked not to have. But no one communicated the change or reason for it. When I questioned it I was told the stylist was stuck in Italy - which is absolutely understandable, but no one had told me. The best part of my hair appointment is the wash and head massage. This was rushed and no massage in sight. I think you need to remember that a hair appointment for many is like a little piece of sanctuary and pleasure for many. I was left at the sink for 10 minutes + with a conditioner on, very cold. I hate to complain about anything but tonight felt compelled to say I am unhappy with my experience... sorry ☹️

I was given a warm welcome and gently encouraged to try a new style. I felt in very safe and professional hands and was pleased with the result. My first visit but not my last!

Chelsea coloured my hair no complaints always does a great job.

Ryan (I think cut my hair) cut was good - although did not see me when my hair was dry to discuss the look etc.but blow dry was not great another lady joined in to help to hurry the process up - don’t like it when that happens one is pulling from one side and the other from the other - did
Not like the blow dry - and when the lady was blow drying one side Ryan was chopping into the other side to take the weight out - very rushed not a great experience - never complain always happy but not this time -
Left feeling quite upset.

Once again a great cut from Denise. Thank you!

I have been going to Toni and Guy for years and Lisa in particular is fantastic.

First time with Tony & Guy Putney today Special thanks to Ryan as he was very attentive listening to what I wanted the whole time and seemed to understand exactly what I like. Will be coming back soon for another cut blow dry and colour next time.

Lovely calm salon and everyone was very friendly and helpful .

I’m really pleased with the haircut I had. Ryan is an excellent stylist. He understood straightaway the look I was after and then delivered. I was also impressed with the care and time he took. I got the impression he really took pride in his work and wanted to do a good job- which he did. I’ll definitely be booking back in to see him for my next cut.

Paola is a very thorough stylist who cuts a great bob! It lasted ages while still looking good.

Wow so pleased with my hair. Came for full head of highlights, wash and cut and looks amazing. Always feel looked after when I come here and Denise is very friendly and suggests what to do with my hair and very happy with results.
