I had hair disaster a few days ago, my deep die hair style went copper and ash (??!!! I know...), blonde ladies will understand. I was desperate to fix it and scared to trust someone random at the same time. My hair could simply fall out with another disaster colouring. But! Lucky me! I walked by Sheen Hair Salon in Richmond and met Alice, who, after skin test and two days later, made an AMAZING job on my hair! From disaster look to chick hair - thank you, Alice!! Love, Julia

Fabulous welcome from front of house and lovely stylist who took care throughout the session from start to finish and did not take shortcuts. Good product reccomendations without overselling, and overall a very friendly atmosphere unlike many chain salons around. Highly recommend

I especially look forward to my appointments at Sheen & always hope that Jai will be shampooing& massaging my head. He has the magic touch which induces the deepest relaxation. It certainly is one of the highlights of my visits to Sheen & I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had a colour service by Georgia and absolutely love the result. She really took her time to make sure it came out perfect! I've also previously had my hair cut and styled by Alice who's also fantastic.

I desperately needed a new do, I was new in London and overwhelmed by the number of hairdressers around here. I happened to pick Sheen by walking past and after a colour, wash, cut & blow-dry my Christmas spirits have lifted and I feel like a new woman. Thanks Team Sheen.

I came into this salon for the first time today with my damaged and badly layered hair (from a different salon disaster) and my stylist Alice totally transformed my hair into something amazing! I couldn't recommend her and this salon enough. Very friendly staff, excellent service, and an overall comfortable and enjoyable experience. Will be going back soon!

Alice cut my hair, very friendly and knew a lot about what would suit me. Had layers put in and haven't had them for a long time, now my hair is way more easier to manage and a lot healthier!

Unfortunately this was a disaster from start to finish after having been recommended by a friend who has never had a problem.

I had a full head of highlights which turned my golden blonde hair with brown roots (I asked for this to be broken up with a lighter brown and another blonde colour put through).

I have come out with striped blonde highlights at the top and what can only be dedcribed as a 'Cruella de vil' look thorough the rest of my hair with almost a khaki tinge to it.

What's the worst is that they forced me to pay of which I said was ridiculous and they wouldn't book me back in to have it rectified. I offered to pay half just so I could get them to fix it which is completely outrageous having seen how they had ruined my hair! If you want anything more than a simple appointment do not go here.

I had a stylist but was overseen by the manager so I'm very surprised it could go so wrong.

If I could attach a picture I would as that would explain it all!

Excellent hospitality and a warm reception from the receptionist/assistant straight away. Then a highly professional consultation with the salon manager who helped me to decide on a new look. The stylist who shampooed and cut my hair was lovely too. She even gave me samples of the styling products to take away with me. Loads of my friends and family love my new look and have commented. I have recommended your salon multiple times to them all.

I recommend this salon 100%! My stylist was the best- I'd totally recommend Alice- she listens to what you want and recommended different ideas.

I'm very pleased with my recent visit at Sheen hair salon. Great customer service, staff very attentive, warm and good vibe between staff members. All my suggestions and expectations has been met:) i really enjoyed the head massage and option to choose the drink from a lovely wooden box. The colourist done a great job mixing two colours and hair cut is just something I was expecting - great job, extra mile in customer service approach , well recommended and definately will be back!

I'm not a fan of having my hair cut. Actually, given the choice, I'd rather go to the dentists (!) Having said that, my visit to Sheen may have changed all that. To my surprise I had a fabulous time. I felt very well looked after by the delightful Luana and the rest of the team, and the cut itself was simply exceptional - by far the best I've ever had - and at an extremely reasonable price. I've already booked my next appointment. Recommend, Recommend, Recommend!!!

A lovely haircut & blow dry , a relaxed and pleasant experience and very accommodating of my 6 week old baby. Everyone was really friendly and a bargain 25% off as it was my first visit. I would highly recommend this salon.

I have my hair coloured and styled here every couple of months. Michelle works on my hair, she is the owner. She is fantastic, really talented, quick, very knowledgeable and a really good judge on colours that suits. I would not pay anyone else to do my hair. I have found my go to lady. This salon is always spotless, everyone is polite and the music selection is excellent too. I feel pampered and well served.

Came in with Georgia to get my colour done. She understood what I asked for and made me feel really relaxed. She gave me an amazing head massage and a wonderful blow dry. Really made my day

I just had my hair cut and blow dry done @ Sheen saloon. When I came, I didn't wait for my hair dresser and i was taken straight to the seat. Michelle (the hair dresser) was very friendly, asked me about my hair routine, the products i am using etc. After we talked, the assistant took me to wash my hair and she gave me some good tips on how to apply the washing products. i had hair cut afterwards. The style, cut, length were perfect. I was really happy with result and would remommend Michelle. I will deffo retun to this place again.

Very well treated. Attended alone. My hairdresser I think was called Nicky, listened to what I wanted and gave her advice. Received 20% discount because of my age.
Would recommend and definitely return.

when i walked through the door i got a warm welcome from the girls at the front of house. Nikki was very understanding and listened to every thing i said. i got a nice head massage from one of the assistance named Georgia, then i got offered a refreshment by the other assistance named jade she made me feel so happy and relaxed. i was very happy with the service i got from Nikki i will be defiantly be coming back. :)

I came in and was told they needed to check my number even though I had received a msg day before reminding me of app as new client they need to do skin test for toner.
When I came in to ask about the model she told me £15 for tint and £10 toner.
I ended up not having toner as needed test patch and only had bleach and was charged £37.50
