Had such a great first visit here! Lisa listened to my ideas for a cut and style refresh, asked me how I care for my hair at home and then analysed my hair to know which vegan, organic products to use to wash and condition. I am happy with hair cut although it was a bit different from what I expected. Page was nice gave me good head massage and paid a lot of attention to styling the hair. This type of hair cut was advertised as £20 but charged £25. Although not much difference as a matter if principle, I should have been charge correct amount or difference should have been explained. I felt salon was clean and neets hygiene standards. Since I was there 2 hours it would have been nice to have iffer refreshments ir give me the chance to pick something from next door.

I hope we can shed some light on the areas mentioned.

We allow extra time for training days with our students to allow for a thorough understanding and to allow learning to cover every step of our service. As with any service in the salon, everyone is offered a two-way consultation and we confirm and agree with the result. This is also confirmed before leaving.

The salon manager has called you this morning to address your comments and has offered you to return to the salon, once you have washed and styled your hair yourself that if you have any problems allow us to remedy this for you.

As per COVID guidelines, hair salons are not able to offer refreshments currently. We have checked with the team member looking after you and she confirms water was offered and bringing your own refreshments to the appointment is allowed. We believe it was offered for you to arrange a takeaway and we would have been happy to pick it up for you too.

On the price advertised we have confirmed with you today the price as per the salon window poster is £25 for a cut and style. We have not changed this price for some considerable time. Again, if you had highlighted your concerns whilst in the salon, it would have given us the opportunity to discuss and address them before you left the salon.

Having had a fantastic first visit I was looking forward to my second visit. Perhaps because of the second lockdown and trying to fit in as many people as possible I didn’t leave the salon feeling fantastic. I wasn’t happy with the blow dry nor the fringe. I feel perhaps it was rushed.

A lovely and relaxing hair experience. Georgia is extremely passionate and knowledgable and this is evident in the results of her work. She is precise with her colour ( balayage ) and cut and it is so clear how important it is to her that I ( and all her clients ) leave the salon feeling delighted with our hair with a result that was more than expected. It was my first time here and I had my hair coloured with Michelle. It was a lovely experience. Everyone was lovely and down to earth. They were very willing to share their knowledge and put a lot of thought into finding what I am after. It was my first time bleaching/highlighting my hair and I freaked out a bit halfway. As this was my 1st professional hair app since iwas very young due to a bad experience with my black carribean mixed/curly hair which led to me having it cut very short, I was extremely nervous to come and have anything done..but after a great talk with Georgia who listened and made me feel comfortable which then led to her doing my hair which included a trim, long layers and a blow dry, I left super happy and she will be my hairdresser from now on. The whole team were lovely and its a great vibe when u walk in, professional and friendly and she knows what she's talking about. Definitely would tell other family and friends to go there and I will 100% be back

My AMAZING cut and colour

I came in for a cut and colour with Paige, i had a difficult task however because i had done some diy dye job but Paige and her team were very helpful and told me exactly what my hair needed and the possible ways i could go about it. This was a difficult job and Paige is still an apprentice however with some tips from her manager she was prepared and organised with her plans for my treatment and was clear in explaining these. I felt very safe in Paiges hands and with a tiny bit of supervision. I was very pleased with my colour it’s exactly what i wanted (which is rare) and the cut & blow dry was exactly what i asked for. Paige was very kind and friendly and i can’t wait for my next visit :) x

I came in with a friend who was getting a haircut with Georgia, but I feel like I've learned so much from her about hair care while she was working on my friend. :) I wasn't a paying customer, but she still dedicated time to answer my questions and gave me a consultation about the health of my scalp. I have booked a haircut with her as well, my friend's haircut was fab. :)
