Georgia was very accommodating, friendly and professional. I had a lovely relaxing time at the salon and love my clean, fresh hair cut and dry. My hair smells beautiful! Looking forward to my next visit.

I came in for a cut and colour with Paige, i had a difficult task however because i had done some diy dye job but Paige and her team were very helpful and told me exactly what my hair needed and the possible ways i could go about it. This was a difficult job and Paige is still an apprentice however with some tips from her manager she was prepared and organised with her plans for my treatment and was clear in explaining these. I felt very safe in Paiges hands and with a tiny bit of supervision. I was very pleased with my colour it’s exactly what i wanted (which is rare) and the cut & blow dry was exactly what i asked for. Paige was very kind and friendly and i can’t wait for my next visit :) x

I came in with a friend who was getting a haircut with Georgia, but I feel like I've learned so much from her about hair care while she was working on my friend. :) I wasn't a paying customer, but she still dedicated time to answer my questions and gave me a consultation about the health of my scalp. I have booked a haircut with her as well, my friend's haircut was fab. :)

Lisa cut my daughter Claudia’s hair on this, our first visit to Sheen Hair. From start to finish, it was a fab experience. Lisa was excellent with Claudia and really spoke to her as the young adult she is, understanding what she was looking for in her haircut. The salon was a relaxing space and set up very well with hand sanitizer and lots of space between chairs to ensure social distancing. Claudia was delighted with her cut and style and left with a bouncy mass of beautiful curls. Thankyou Lisa, we’ll be back!

Excellent! Natalie gave exactly what I wanted and did such an amazing job. A great atmosphere and pure pleasure to be around.

First of all, I’m not sure if my stylist was Michelle or Natalie but she was absolutely lovely & made me feel very at home as being stuck at home for quite a while during lockdown I was a little anxious about coming in! Absolutely lovely salon with lovely hard working ladies, I got bought a voucher for 3 treatments & had my first treatment done yesterday and I am over the moon with it, I can’t wait to come in for my next 2 appointments! Michelle cut my hair and Georgia cut my daughter's hair. It was a refreshingly lovely experience. Very welcoming. Great with kids and great haircuts. I now consider Michelle to be my hairdresser.

I’ve just returned from my second round at Sheen within in a week , after 4 months in lockdown. I was indecisive about the length & style I wanted , however Michelle who has always been so patient with me, worked her magic again today. I decided to go shorter and was so happy with the result . The colour I had last week looks even better ! The
salon has also had a makeover & all the
greenery & plants made me feel so happy and relaxed . It’s a really nice spot to just sit , listen to music & forget your troubles for a while. All round a very positive experience. I can’t wait to go back.

I have been coming to Sheen salon for around 2 years now on the recommendation from a friend. I don’t want to go anywhere else now! Michelle and the team are all very friendly and welcoming and always have time to give advice, have a chat, and discuss hair to great lengths (pun totally intended). In the time I have been coming here, my hair has transformed from being damaged and bleached, into healthy, shiny hair with a natural colour I’m really happy with. I always get compliments on it. Natalie is like a friend to me now and I always look forward to coming here. The new salon transformation is even better than before and reflects the organic and natural hair products they use and sell. If you’re waiting for your next hair cut after the lockdown, give this salon a go- you won’t regret it!

I had been going to the same hairdresser for the past at least 20yrs, but now she is living in France and not able to visit the salon at the moment. And so I decided to try a local salon, having moved to Richmond a couple of years ago. I found Natalie very welcoming - and reassuring! We discussed what sort of style would work and after all these years I have a completely different style which I am very happy with.

I went for a wash, cut and blow dry. My stylist was Georgia - from the moment I entered she made me feel completely comfortable. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to go for but after talking with Georgia for a few minutes, she made some suggestions and we decided on what to do. I got a treatment done aswell which Georgia picked based on what my hair needed most. After the treatment, cut and style my hair felt so much healthier and lighter. I honestly couldn’t have left the salon feeling happier.

I am always made welcome. Natalie always asks about how I want my hair to look. I always leave the salon feeling happy with the result. Thank you to all at sheen.

Michelle recommended Natulique colour for my hair as it is an organic colour with less chemicals and ammonia free. Fantastic for someone who has sensitive skin and loves natural products. The colour was so gentle with no reactions and it has lasted amazingly well - my hair is still shiny and glossy after a month. I am truly converted to this product range and would highly recommend. Thank you Michelle.

Georgia was an amazing stylist - she went through my hair issues and what I needed to do with it and how to take care of it. She was incredibly knowledgeable which I liked. I’m definitely coming back to visit her again in a couple of months! I am very please with everything ☺️

I booked for a hair consultation and cut, and I couldn’t have left happier. Georgia asked me about everything to find out a hair cut and style that would fit me. She explained everything, from washing to blowing and styling it. I’m very happy to recommend.

I cannot fault the experience I had at Sheen Hair. The ladies were courteous, polite and respectful. Georgia was a fountain of knowledge of all things hair related. She and I spoke at length about future appointments and plans for my hair. I can’t wait to return!

Not the cheapest salon around, but you definitely get what you pay for. Great products, great atmosphere, fantastic stylist, great team. You really are made to feel special here. Well worth the money. Would highly recommend the salon.

Great service. Honestly best haircut I've had in years and such great advice about hair maintenance.

We saw Michelle and my daughters saw Natalie. We had great cuts, styling and I love the Natulique products. The girls were thoroughly catered for with hot chocolates, whipped cream and marshmallows (one of their highlights!!).

Georgia renewed my colour between bleaches. Love the colour and how my hair feels.

Great service as always and I love how Georgia is so knowledgeable about the chemistry of hair and products. I completely trust her advice (and I wouldn’t say that about other hairdressers I’ve visited in the past)

Natalie is a very talented hairdresser. She has been cutting my hair for many years now and I can always rely on her to an excellent job. After leaving the salon today a lady came up to me in a shop and asked where I got my hair cut! I think Natalie may have a new client soon.
