This was my first visit to Sheen Hairdressing. The staff were all very friendly and the salon very relaxing. Natalie was lovely and re-styled my hair exactly how I wanted, knowing to keep bits longer or shorter where necessary. Will definitely be revisiting and would highly recommend this salon.

I'm not sure what her name was, but she was very helpful with helping explain how we can get my roots to the same colour as my hair (silver/lilac). Unfortunately I'm having to pay an extra £110 than I'd anticipated, but I'm hoping it'll all be worth it. She also explained in detail how I'll need to care for hair after the appointment.

Wonderful experience from the start to finish, from phoning up to book a same day appointment, to the moment I left the salon with a fresh cut! Both Georgia and Jai had impeccable customer service and are real assets to the salon. Even though it was late, I did not feel rushed, as Georgia really took the time to to talk with me and understand what I wanted, while giving her professional advice. Despite the late time, Georgia definitely still put the time in to focus on my cut and perfect it to get it right. Before my cut, Jai washed my hair while Georgia finished up with another client, and from the very start he was great too! I've had problems with my scalp for a while, which makes it a little nerve-racking visiting salons, however both Georgia and Jai were amazing, and I got a great haircut to out of it too! Looking forward to my next visit - thanks to Georgia and Jai!

Popped in once on the spur of the moment, still going back going on 3 years now.
I have previously remained loyal to other salons for years and nobody knew me (or cared for my custom). Within a few visits all got to know me here and greet me with familiarity - not just my stylist.
They really care about customer service here. Once, through no fault of their own, my stylist was running around an hour late with appointments. She apologised, told me the situation up front to check if it impacted my day or I'd need to reschedule, and rewarded my patience by giving me a free hair treatment to fill up my waiting time.
They just seem to care!

I HATE root growth showing and since I don't live nearby, come in ~once a year when visiting. Have probably been attended to by most of the stylists at one time or another and it has always been a very pleasant experience. Then the wind can do its worst without embarrassing me!

Great salon with great stylists. Went for extenso but ended up doing the kerastase discipline treatment + trim. Great for damaged hair. Hope to come back in few months for kerastraight treatment

Natalie have done a great job. I went from long to bob acementic cut, style, and done half head balayage. I have no words to say, my hair look luxury. I never do review but why not for you guys. Love it and staffs are friendly. I will definitely recommend sheen to my friends and will go back constantly.
