We can only apologise, your stylist has not come back to you with the results of your strand test. This is an oversight and is not our usual standard of salon experience. Whilst we can take full responsibility for this lack of follow up and oversight, we of course do not expect our clients to chase us for a follow up, but a simple phone call would of easily resolved your wait. The salon manager has already responded to your email yesterday regarding this matter before this feedback was posted.
