Firstly we are very surprised to hear you found our team member on reception to be rude. This would be totally out of character for any of team to behave in such a way, but we will certainly follow this is up with them. Please be advised all of technical services are to be booked with a blow dry as these do not come as part of the package either when booked via treatwell or the salon direct. As part of our salon, we ensure we are offering the best service for the client and the result you are wanting to achieve at the time of consultation, especially when they have never visited us. A lot of time was taken to analyse and consult on your results with you, offering hair advice and tips, including our other service which is favored by our clients who have previously used extenso. We were offering you a different option. However, if you were not interested in hearing about this service, you could of mentioned this at the time.
