TONI&GUY Richmond are delighted to announce that through our recent refurbishment, this has enabled us to create the ‘ultimate salon experience’. Our stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree and the Wella colour expert, so your hair will be in safe hands with our technicians.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the Keratin Smoothing blow-dry. We offer natural and discrete grey blending for the gents who want to discretely blend away those grey hairs. Our wide range of haircare products include Label.m, Kerastase, GHD and SmartBond, everything you need to keep you and your hair looking fabulous.

Parking is available in the surrounding area.

I had my wig cut by the senior stylist, with Jade overseeing things. Other members of the team also helped out. I was treated very well, and they did an excellent job. Will definitely go there again.

Awful experience. I have hair extensions and I told the girl washing my hair twice to be careful. I ended up leaving with wet hair. My whole evening was ruined. And my extensions are now lose. I was supposed to get a call from the manager....but nothing. They charged me £100. Disgusting

I was kept waiting for 45 mins and Dee only came over once to say it will be another 10 mins, this was 30 minutes before she was free. Good colour and cut but nothing excuses that long a wait. Stylist didn't bother to learn my name and just kept calling me "lady". Did not mention treatment cost extra either. Quite unsatisfied with the customer service.

Her Richmond salon (although out of my way) offers a great team, great service and lovely environment. The friendly receptionist was a credit to the salon. However, the lack of creativity and attention to detail from the stylist was disappointing. I wasn't offered a drink and even though it was a reduced rate I'd still expect to feel taken care of.
