Great cut

I had an extremely good haircut here on Saturday. My hair isnt easy to style. Jessica is very artistic and transformed my hair and listened very well to what l wanted. Clearly the staff here work as a great team, with all joining forces to make the Salon professional, friendly and clean when they were clearly busy. They are very welcoming. Instead of making it feel a hassle they were enjoying the buzz of lots of people.

Jessica gave me a great haircut. Her style was unhurried and she communicated well with me with respect to what I wanted

Dee was amazing, as always. A pleasure to see you every couple of weeks.

Dee is wonderful, always a joy to see her. She makes my hair look gorgeous after every visit.

Sadly as i was the last appointment of the day the stylist was rushing and attention to detail was not to usual standard
Hair wash was poor and no head massage.
Hair straightners used but briefly and my hair was frizzy by the time i reached home 15 minutes later. Disappointing experience given the usual better standard. Despite being last client you do not want to feel you are a nuisance or deserve less time or less attention.

Adriel is an absolute artist, I'm so pleased with my new colour, and Jessica gave me beautiful curls, with Mark taking gorgeous photos of me after. They all stayed late to make sure it was perfect and were an absolute pleasure to be around - thank you!!!

Brilliant, caring, just what I needed.

I went in for a consultation and was adviced about the best option for what I wanted. I then booked in for a few days later with a whole afternoon set aside to achieve the perfect colour. Dee was my colourist and she was incredible. Talked me through her plan and did my full head of highlights with precision and expertise. She ensured that the correct toners and products were used to get the colour I wanted for my sisters wedding. My cut was also perfect, having a chunk off the bottom the stylist did exactly what I asked for and styled it with such attention to detail, can't thank them enough! Great team and the perfect experience. Definitely recommend.

Receptionist was fun lovely and friendly, person who washed my hair was lovely and mark the hairdresser rescued my hair did a great job and we had a great laugh

Excellent place to go for a guys haircut - good if you are thinning on top - Sarah knows how to make the most of whatever you have left!

Superb, popped in for a blow dry, wash was lovely, they conditioned my hair and the blow dry was perfect. Friendly and great attention to details.

Best hair cut I've had for ages. Thanks!

After last month unbelievable restyle, I returned this month after 5 weeks for a trim. The experience was as good if not better. This time the salon was really busy, however I was hosted from the moment I walked through the door and everyone from the receptionist to my stylist were as attentive as last month when the salon was quiet. My stylist took as much time and care asking me how my hair had been, reviewing photos he'd taken on my phone of the restyle , and asking me what I wanted. I love Tony and guy Richmond, especially the 10% off I got for booking within 8 weeks, which I did again

Thanks to Emily at the Richmond branch, for pretty-me-up hairdressing skills and a smart, professional demeanour. The front desk staff are likewise upbeat, polite and efficient. The new decor adds to a good experience all round.

Fantastic experience at the Richmond salon - warm welcome and the staff could not have been friendlier! Dee is phenomenal with colour and I'm delighted with the results. Can't wait to visit again - thank you T&G Richmond :)

A good salon with friendly staff. They sorted out a strange cut that I'd had elsewhere. Phew!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at the salon today.
1). Was left waiting for at least 10mins having arrived.

2). Was criticised by stylist about my hair - didn't appreciate it.

3). Was totally humiliated when paying as she argued the price I usually pay was insufficient- unbelievable.

4) Normally I go to this salon and come out having had a great experience- Not this time - felt pretty angry and will not revisit.
