Brilliant cut and lovely, friendly hairdresser.

This time around my visit at Toni&Guy left me rather disappointed. The colour I wanted for my hair was vibrant copper and I did say I really don't want it red.The result was uneven red, darker on the top, fading its way down the length.
The lady that rinsed my hair dug her nails in my scalp and didn't turn on the massage option on the chair. Now, I don't go to the hairdresser to get a massage, but little bits like that show lack of consistency in high class customer care.

Clean, professional, light and airy salon which has recently been redecorated. It's very nice. Good technical application, was pleased with the colour results and accurate assessment of colours used from the description given. Overall good job and will be going back again.

Ellie was wonderful from her excellent head massage to cutting my hair beautifully
She even showed me how to to blow dry and gave tips
I love my hair so much that for the first time in a very long time I've booked an appointment in 8 weeks time when she gets back holiday
Plus I love the new refit

Sara cut my hair very well after a very nice shampoo experience by assistant.

The salon has recently been done up and looks really nice. Sadly I was not happy with my hair colour :-(.I hate when the staff serving me just get into the next appointment and just leave you. Not happy! It's not what I expect from Tony and Guy especially since they charge so much money !

I was in a bit of a rush, I had one of the most professional, fast, amazing result for my blow dry and straightness!! A special thanks to Jessica.

Will have to book another haircut away tomorrow to sort out this mess.
Never back again, she was bad, I doubt she was fully qualified ...

First time visit to Joseph at Toni & Guy. He knew exactly what I was looking for and cut was fantastic (having had bad hair for a long time I forgot how good it could look!), very professional and have already booked my next cut!

Great creative director Dee, she made me feel so comfortable and listened to my needs and wants and gave me advice on what we were able to achieve and enjoyed the spa seats and the dry and style was excellent too.

I enjoyed meeting new staff members and the refurbished salon - same layout but updated materials. For once I had a stylist that didn't yank my hair or punish my ears! Thanks
I've rebooked for 6 weeks time.

Smart newly refurbished salon with lots of natural light. Stylist was professional and thorough, a good blow dry and took time to finish the cut with straighteners. I didn't feel like I was on a conveyor belt like in some other salons. Receptionist was also good.

Top class hair cuts. Helpful staff. Good customer service.

Really pleased with the skill level of my hair cut- Sonia was excellent at creating a statment style for me which other hairdressers have found difficult to achieve.
All the staff were lovely and welcoming - would definitely recommend a visit here.

I am absolutely delighted to see that it has been totally refurbished and equally pleased to have had Der doing my highlights. A refreshing new look for Tony and Guy. I was very impressed with the new Managet. She seemed very efficient and knowledgeable. Her highlighting was excellent. The best I have had at this branch Very friendly too. So much better than before. will be back

Sara is by far the best hairdresser in the business. She's passionate about what she does and I am always so pleased with her cuts.
Customer service on the phone and in person was excellent today. Really pleased and will be visiting again soon.

Highly recommend the service here very friendly staff from the beginning till the end. Receptionist took my jacket and scarf offered me a drink and sat me doen. Sonia who cut my hair listened to all my needs and questioned me on what I wanted and did a perfect job.

Wonderful , greeting at reception , was pampered , by all members of staff , looking after me , at a very high standard . Dee , senior technician, manageress , who've I've only just had the good fortune , to meet , has correctly advised me as to what she thought would be the best way of doing my colour . The results have been excellent , also her manner towards me , has been very professional & considerant .
I will be now be , a loyal & regular client , to Toni & Guy , Richmond .

Have been going to Toni and Guy Richmond since July 2015. And always see Sarah. Sarah was a trainiee when she first cut my hair. She is now a senior stylist. I would go to anyone else. She is friendly and professionall and always does a great job.

Full head highlights and blow dry . Excellent service

Late start nearly 20 mins. Hair colour nice and blow dry looks good. Don't enjoy having hair done so would have to keep that in mind . Cold in there with wet hair and horrible rubber collar. Glad it's all over. But will see you again.
