Returned to Mark after lockdown and he has cut my hair beautifully. It’s always a pleasure to visit this salon and the manager, Jade, is so welcoming and has organised the safety aspect perfectly. I felt totally safe and happy. I can recommend Mark highly. I am so happy with my hair.

I had a cut the day before and highlights today. The staff in the salon are so switched on, remember you, do exactly what you need and just get it. Very professional and skilled.

I was a bit anxious about going to the salon in the current climate but I was so impressed by the safety measures put in place. I immediately felt comfortable and reassured. My stylist was wonderful, so skilled and really listened to my requests. I am so happy with my new pixie cut. I should also mention how wonderful Jade, the receptionist was too - she kept my baby happy so I could relax and have some me-time. That goes beyond the call of duty!

I came in after having my cut yesterday and was so excited. I had a call to bring my appointment forward which I accepted. Reception were excellent.
***** was shocking. She didn’t
- introduce herself with her name
- it was my first colour and there was a 1 m consultation
- She didn’t ask if the water temp was ok
- The massage was pathetic and she didn’t check the pressure ok
- she filled my ears with soap
- covered my face with water and didn’t even check I was ok when wiping down my face with tissues
- I left the chair with a soaking blouse and had to dry it myself
- she gave me a treatment without mentioning price
— she rough dried my hair and when I asked are you not blow drying it properly she said you are not booked in but I will smooth it
- she didn’t ask which way my hair went she turned it under it goes out. She then asked if I wanted hairspray

Amazing hair cut and brilliant service

Had an appointment after lockdown so my hair was wild. Very pleased with end result, stylist was very professional and asking if everything was ok so far and listened to what I was saying. Will definitely be returning.

I’ve been going to Toni and Guy Richmond for nearly three years now - despite moving 50 miles away to Hertfordshire nearly a year ago! This speaks to the incredible service provided - I don’t think i’ll ever let anyone else colour my hair apart from Louise now and Jade provides the best customer service i think i’ve ever seen! The PPE situation in salon is amazing and couldn’t be faulted.

Wonderful, felt at ease in PP routine. Calm and relaxed, great to have my roots redone- thank you Louise.

Great from start to finish. You can see that the salon has taken the current pandemic seriously and made all efforts to minimise the risk of transmission. Hair cut was perfect and service was impeccable. First time at salon and will definitely be going back.

Jade did an amazing job - as she always does. And Toni&Guy are also doing an amazing job of managing the salon while the COVID stuff is going on.

Dropped in for a tint and cut before we are told not to go out again. Was welcomed into a thoroughly cleaned salon, they were cleaning the door handles and surfaces regularly. Was advised that I could have a magazine but they couldn’t keep them disinfected completely so I was given the wifi code instead. I was seen straight away, and received top class service and a fantastic cut. Above and beyond what I was expecting.

My daughter had specifically asked to go back to Tony & Guy as all the staff had been so lovely on our last visit. Despite not having visited for a while (she has very long hair) we we’re made to feel like family and both Jade and Augustina remembered us. Great hair cut fabulous blow dry really impressed with the service.

August is always so polite friendly and efficient. Her cut is precise and I’m always delighted with the result.
One comment: I don’t like the new wipes you’ve introduced. Very bad environmentally, and a tissue or a damp cloth will do the job!

So happy to have found Louise who is correcting balayage colour from a different salon (not Tony and Guy) we are doing it slowly in order to prevent more damage to my hair but so far my colour is already brilliant. Louise takes time to really check she knows what I want which is so appreciated. August did my cut too which was brilliant.. I also had a lovely blow dry today by Nichola.

Melissa was professional, inspired and really clever in finding the right cut for me. I left the salon feeling so relieved and happy to have such a good haircut.

What can I say she listened to every aspect of what I wanted,I asked for a side fringe which I could also wear for work (cabin crew ) ,she was very understanding and patient she also gave me the best head massage also while doing a conditioning treatment.
I am so happy with the end result and lovely layers and side fringe with a fantastic blow dry she even showed me how to blow dry my fringe at home.i will definitely be reccomending her and visiting August again she was fantastic.
