TONI&GUY Richmond are delighted to announce that through our recent refurbishment, this has enabled us to create the ‘ultimate salon experience’. Our stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree and the Wella colour expert, so your hair will be in safe hands with our technicians.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the Keratin Smoothing blow-dry. We offer natural and discrete grey blending for the gents who want to discretely blend away those grey hairs. Our wide range of haircare products include Label.m, Kerastase, GHD and SmartBond, everything you need to keep you and your hair looking fabulous.

I had an amazing first visit to Richmond T&G on Friday. The manager, think Jade is the name was amazing and really looked after me with lovely cuppucino and just kept me updateda as my stylist was running late. Jade arranged for me be seen sooner rather than waiting by one of their top stylists, Sonia. She was amazing and styled and cut my hair which I so pleased with the final result. I went from long mid length hair to short above shoulder after a consultation. Sonia listened and delivered a great hair cut which I have been complimented by family, friends and by compete strangers. So thank you Jade & Sonia for my great first experience at your branch - I will definitely be back so see you soon.

If you pay for colour blow dry is not included so they wouldn’t even brush your hair. So you pay £60 and you look like you just got out of your bed.. When I went 3 months ago I had a colour and blow dry for £55 so don’t understand these inconsistencies. Apparently no one knows what’s actually included..

We do explain when booking a colour service a rough dry is complimentary but is ONLY blasted dry and quickly smoothed over and a professional blowdry is an additional cost when booking any colour service. OK cut but not the greatest overall service. Expecting a full service including advice and input into a change in style, I was a bit disappointed. My blowdry and style was done by an intern due to overbooking. The cut was fast and fringe was quickly done even though it was a big change for me. Too much product was used, so much that I had to wash my hair the next morning, so I didn’t enjoy the salon style for very long. The outcome was ok but I was expecting more for the price and level.

We offer natural and discrete grey blending for the gents who want to discretely blend away those grey hairs.
