TONI&GUY Richmond are delighted to announce that through our recent refurbishment, this has enabled us to create the ‘ultimate salon experience’. Our stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree and the Wella colour expert, so your hair will be in safe hands with our technicians.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the Keratin Smoothing blow-dry. We offer natural and discrete grey blending for the gents who want to discretely blend away those grey hairs. Our wide range of haircare products include Label.m, Kerastase, GHD and SmartBond, everything you need to keep you and your hair looking fabulous.

I wasn’t quiet sure what the best thing for my hair was regarding re-growth. My hair is very dark and I’ve had very blonde highlights done for years. I was going to opt for balayage but after being advised to keep the highlights going to get a natural elegant look, I trusted Louise with her knowledge and skills and I am very happy with the result. It’s always a pleasure going to Toni&Guy. They provide excellent service. They also give great haircare advice and their products are good too. I have recently recovered from breast cancer and my hair is almost bob length now - we are growing it. Jade and the other highly trained, talented staff at the salon have really looked after me, nurtured and cared for my hair and helped see me through some very tough times. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I owe Ellena an apology. After my haircut recently I complained to her about it being unflattering and I wasn't happy. I realise that this was because the blowdry and wax didn't work for my hair. I walked in off the street and had my hair cut, and prior to this, was advised about treatments and conditioning, which I accepted. I bought a special conditioner for dry ends. Put simply, Ellena has just provided me with the best salon service I’ve had in years. My cut and blow dry is nothing short of perfection. Decided to get a fringe cut, was very hesitant, Ellena made recommendations, gave advice and even spent the time to reach me how to blow dry my new fringe at home. Ellena was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and so helpful. Can not recommend her and the salon highly enough.

I was really pleased with the length of my hair and the service from Ellena. She always makes me feel younger. I had a lot of compliments and even stopped traffic. Highly recommended.

My stylist was Melissa but she’s not listed on the dropdown.

My whole experience today was brilliant - everyone was friendly and calm and welcoming. I had a lovely cup of coffee and I love my new shorter hair do!

I had a lovely chat with Melissa and the lovely girl who washed my hair (didn’t catch her name - cool green hair and funky purple nails) who was great too.

Not the greatest experience I’ve had at T&G - Appointment was at 10.30 but salon was running late already.
Although everyone is pleasant enough to pay over £100 for a colour I think it would be reasonable to be offered a head massage with the paid for conditioning mask and to be asked if I would like a blow dry rather than being informed as I’m not having a cut I’m getting a ‘rough dry’ No offer of products, spray etc no approach from colourist until I’m paying at till to ask if I’m happy.
Left feeling a bit flat emotionally and hair wise!
