I came to get my hair layered after growing it very long. Kirsty was amazing, very friendly, lovely to speak to and did an amazing job with my hair. Everywhere I’ve gone I’ve received compliments on how lovey my hair looks! I will definitely be coming back again

Chelsea always does a lovely cut on my son's hair. She is very friendly and we are always very well looked after in there with nice hot chocolates too!

The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and I was looked after so well… the staff are so polite and amazing, especially Holly who listened well and turned my vision into reality! She’s so skilled and so sweet, would 100% recommend!

It was my first time at a hairdressers today but Alex and all the staff were really accommodating to me and made me feel really comfortable, i was recommended some amazing products that i will be sure to use at home and the haircut itself was amazing! will definitely be coming back in the future!

Overall terrible experience. I voiced concerns about my hair and the stylist brushed over these. She gave me cut which is very basic and proceeded to brush out my hair so hard it was a little painful. Clearly there is a reason why the salon is always so empty.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, very informative, talkative and in good spirits, she was very attentive with offering drinks. Also the trainees that was present was very good friendly staff all appeared to be in good spirits smiles and always offering drinks and magazines. Alex went above and beyond to ensure my experience was excellent I will always return and have Alex as my hairdresser as she is very good at what she does and I felt relaxed and at ease due to her communications and efforts.

Just the best colour I’ve ever had in my life. A blonde balayage done to perfection, like the ones I see in magazines. I think Alex is a true talent and she’ll go very far.

I have been going to Falltricks for a long time and have always had great service and people have commented on how nice my hair looks and the staff are always friendly an helpful and I have had Kirsty do my hair for a long time and she always makes me feel a million dollars when I leave just nice to have a little me time

Chelsea was absolutely amazing, she did the best hair colouring I've ever had. She was very open to ideas, I left to her with what she wanted to do and I can happily say that my expectations were highly exceeded. I would recommend Chelsea to anyone who wants their hair coloured or cut.
