I haven’t had as good a hair cut as this one for years!

Alex is really lovely and such a brilliant stylist and colourist. Always very happy when I come to the salon all the girls are really lovely... thank you!!!

Not sure of them name of the hairdresser but two different ladies cut my daughters and niece hair, they were fast but very professional.

Regular appointment superb as always the girl who washed my hair was lovely.. Alex explains everything she is doing and gives advice on treatment and colour

I was a model today for Beth and the experience from start to finish was lovely.
She was consistent throughout the appointment and always consulted me of my choices to ensure I was happy. We had great conversations and loved her doing my hair! Definately would love to come back with her next time!

This was my 7 year old daughter's first visit to a hair salon. She was really happy, the ladies were so friendly and patient. It was not an easy task as my daughter has a lot of (4c) hair, so I was very very grateful for the service they provided. I will definitely come back as they gave us a great first experience. My stylist was very gentle and accommodating. She gave me options
on what I wanted for my hair i.e color, treatment, style and asked me all throughout how I was. Would definitely chose her for my next hair appointment. I left happy and satisfied with my first salon experience at falltricks hairdressing

Had such a great experience with Kirsty cutting my hair. From the moment I got there I had a really warm greeting, super relaxing hair wash and then had such a nice experience with Kirsty cutting and blow drying my hair, she made me feel at ease and was really lovely to talk to - I also LOVE the cut and style.

First time I’ve come to this place. The staff are all amazing the service was excellent. My hair was an orange colour my last hairdresser really messed the colour up. I showed a picture how I wanted my hair which was suppose to be ash brown but the colour that came out was a ash blonde not what I was expecting as I wanted it much darker, but the colour has grown on me.

I love the way Chelsea makes my hair and she is so kind and friendly also the rest of the girls are so nice.

Honestly the best hair cut I’ve had in a long time. Chelsea was so sweet but also so knowledgable and gave me so many much needed tips and advice. The only down side is that I don’t live locally to come back.

Honestly the best Salam i have been to for long long time. Chelsea has saved my hair and did fantastic job which gave me confidence back! She is super kind and helpful and very honest. The best hairdresser!! And I love her !!!!

Chelsea is always brilliant, it's the nicest colour, cut and condition my hair has been in. I would really recommend her. She gives great advice on products and styling - and is always so friendly too. Best hairdresser and salon I've been to.

I've been a customer for over a year now and the reason is because every time I come I leave happy ☺️ the atmosphere is great, the team is very friendly and Alex is super lovely and very professional.

It was a haircut appointment for my 4 year old daughter. Alex and all the stuff were very pleasant and appropriate. Overall a good experience and happy with the result - we'll come again.
