Perfect Cut and style as usual.

Luiza has been cutting my hair for years and I’ve just had another wash, cut & blow-dry that I’m very happy with. She spends a lot time cutting your hair to make sure you are happy with the end results.

Alex is such a lovely lady she is so friendly and chatty. She treats you like a friend. Not only that she always styles and cuts my hair perfect.

I always get great service and everyone is really friendly. Chelsea is attentive and is great at remembering details about me and my hair. Happy I’ve finally found a hairdresser I will keep coming back to!

Just want to say how amazing Yasmin was. She fixed my hair for me and done such an amazing job. Will definitely be coming back. She was so polite and welcoming too.

I has a super haircut, luzia has cut, shaped and tidied up my unruly hair!!!

Nice enough girl, but ruined my hair style. Had to use a razor when shouldn't be necessary. Hair is now just basically hacked to pieces. Will not be returning. Very disappointed- not experienced enough.

As always Chelsea pulls of miracles with my hair, always has good ideas but listens to me as well, she has helped me through a difficult time with my hair with advice and a smile.

Kirsty is a really good hair stylish, she is friendly, makes me feel comfortable and my experience great. I really enjoy our chats and the advice she gives.

I’ve been coming to this salon for roughly 10 years now and I love it still. Chelsea is always so friendly and easy to talk to. Teagan was really gentle washing my hair today and super lovely. Always a lovely vibe in this salon!

I had great experience today.The stylist Sarah was friendly and full of great advice regarding my hair.I am definitely coming back to get my hair done by her! One of my best hair experiences!

I only came in for the first time for a pre consultation and I was really impressed. Alex explained everything to me and took a small amount of hair to test before I have my perm next week. I'm now looking forward to returning to have my hair done.

My stylist was Georgia and I was pleased with the service from the moment I walked in. They were able to wash and style my hair without an appointment and I watch several times during my time there staff spraying and cleaning surfaces which was comforting. Georgia was attentive and talkative and I walked out with exactly what I had envisaged price was reasonable.

Beth was great and lifted my very dark roots very well! Will not leave it so long in between visits!

Everytime I come at Falltricks, somehow Chelsea can pick up what I want and the result confirms that. I have tried several salons nearby, but since coming here I was never dissapointed, like it happened before. Even if I generally explain what I want, Chelsea always goes way beyond my expectations in terms of colour, haircut and service.

Very helpful and made every effort to accommodate me as a last minute request.

I really thought that £171 for a half head highlights, a toner and cut was a lot, apparently is cost that much because I asked to cover the grey which I had thought would go hand in hand with the colour. I've booked in again but not sure I'll be back at that price, I wasnt aware of the cost until the end, last time it was around £110-£120

I was very lucky to get an appointment at all, I booked online the night before.
Don't usually go on Saturdays but the atmosphere was calm and chilled.
Just had a cut and blow dry this time but Yasmin did a great job and the coffee went down a treat!

Not sure of them name of the hairdresser but two different ladies cut my daughters and niece hair, they were fast but very professional.

I was a model today for Beth and the experience from start to finish was lovely.
She was consistent throughout the appointment and always consulted me of my choices to ensure I was happy. We had great conversations and loved her doing my hair! Definately would love to come back with her next time!

This was my 7 year old daughter's first visit to a hair salon. She was really happy, the ladies were so friendly and patient. It was not an easy task as my daughter has a lot of (4c) hair, so I was very very grateful for the service they provided. I will definitely come back as they gave us a great first experience. Thank you!

My stylist was very gentle and accommodating. She gave me options
on what I wanted for my hair i.e color, treatment, style and asked me all throughout how I was. Would definitely chose her for my next hair appointment. I left happy and satisfied with my first salon experience at falltricks hairdressing

Had such a great experience with Kirsty cutting my hair. From the moment I got there I had a really warm greeting, super relaxing hair wash and then had such a nice experience with Kirsty cutting and blow drying my hair, she made me feel at ease and was really lovely to talk to - I also LOVE the cut and style.

First time I’ve come to this place. The staff are all amazing the service was excellent. My hair was an orange colour my last hairdresser really messed the colour up. I showed a picture how I wanted my hair which was suppose to be ash brown but the colour that came out was a ash blonde not what I was expecting as I wanted it much darker, but the colour has grown on me.

I love the way Chelsea makes my hair and she is so kind and friendly also the rest of the girls are so nice.

Honestly the best hair cut I’ve had in a long time. Chelsea was so sweet but also so knowledgable and gave me so many much needed tips and advice. The only down side is that I don’t live locally to come back.
