I came to the salon for some advice on my hair. The hairdresser recommended a cut and hair mask treatment. As I do wear a headscarf I needed an area that was a little more private. The hairdressers (I don't remember her name) was very accommodating as she found me a private area. She was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend

I tried a new Wella Treatment to give Shine as well as a Scalp Treatment, at the sink with Massage. I wasn’t sure the shine would work as my Red/Slightly Greying hair is normally so Dry. But I loved it. It does look shiny & has tamed down the hairline Greys a bit too. Thanx Alex x Love it

I turned up 45 early and was quiet happy to wait. I was made a cup of with biscuits my coat & bag was taken and looked after..
Tiegan see me a little bit earlier which was great. Tiegan talked through everything. while waiting for the colour to take I was made a lovely coffee latte and I felt really comfortable all the girls are lovely. The young lady that washed my hair gave me a really lovely relaxing head massage and asked if me if the temperature of the water was ok and the pressure of the massage ok too. Tiegan only cut off what i needed and she blow dried my hair lovely with a slight wave exactly what i asked for, the colour was a little bit darker than what I wanted but looks lovely so I am pleased with it. My overall experience was really excellent and I have booked my next appointment. Thank you Tiegan for giving me lovely hair and thank you all the other ladies for looking after me and making me feel welcomed

Alex gave excellent advice and took the lead on trying to lighten my hair up after a home colour went too dark. I have a little way to go to achieve the colour I want but today took us a big step in the right direction. Such friendly staff there and I feel well looked after and in good hands. The salon is spotlessly clean and the atmosphere was friendly and buzzy.
I was taken such good care of and nothing was too much trouble for the ladies.

My first time visiting Paul Falltricks and it certainly won’t be my last. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. I was booked in for a cut and blow dry and my stylist Alex listened to what I wanted and advised me on my hair. I was so happy with the end result and have had so many complements already. The trainee stylist I think her name was Emma was also very good did a lovely shampoo and treatment on my hair.
