I came to the salon today feeling very anxious as I’m currently having chemo and my hair has been thinning and coming out . I was made too feel very comfortable and had a lovely chat with Hayley about what I wanted and what she could do for me . I was very pleased with the service and how helpful and friendly Hayley was , I’m so pleased with my hair and made such a difference in how I feel and look . Thankyou and I will be coming back

It was an overall excellent service ; the reception, the stylist; a personalised service. Much appreciated the advice from the stylist.I would rate customer service 10/10 ; I will definitely go back and recommend my friends and relatives. The staff are well trained.

Booked in with Hayley after many visits to other hairdressers that struggle to cut my hair, I have an short asymmetrical Bob with a shaved undercut. Hayley did exactly what I wanted effortlessly also talking me through the process, she’s very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Finally found my new hairdresser yayyyy!!

This was my first time here the salon was clean you was seen promptly, staff friendly and my done was done exactly how I wanted it will definitely be going back again. Would definitely recommend.

Beth made sure I was happy with my colour and gave me good recommendation on the hair treatment. She’s really lovely and was always happy to answer any of my questions!

Amazing service from the lovely Beth! She advised me of the best way of doing a balayage on my dark hair and really listened to what I wanted to achieve. Really good cutting and styling.
I paid £45 earlier this year, was surprised that it was £59 yesterday.

I probably only have my hair cut twice, maybe three times a year. So it’s always a task. Haley always does a fab job. Brilliant !

I love getting my hair done at Paul Fallticks. Alex is a fantastic stylist, the place is super clean and everyone is very friendly.

As always with Alex everything was done to perfection. There is nobody else I'd let or want to do my hair. Alex accommodates so well and nothing is ever too much. I left today feeling amazing as I always do after a pamper with Alex and everyone loves my hair as do I x

Beth advised me incredibly well about how to fix my horribly dry, box coloured thin hair. She took my considerations into account at all times and gave great advice. Honestly the cut and treatment she put in my hair were fantastic. I cannot fault this salon or Beth. I am really happy with my hair for the first time in years.

A nice salon with very friendly staff. Georgia is a fantastic hairstylist, I arrive not really knowing what I want and she always gives me great advice and after every visit I am so happy with my hair it's fabulous I feel like a celebrity when I leave. She is friendly and courteous and very patient with me and I am very happy with her. I am also happy to recommend your salon and Georgia to my family and friends

Stacey always asks me exactly what I’m after, really listens to my preferences whilst ensuring it’s best for the health of my hair too. I always leave super happy and get lots of compliments on my hair for the rest of the day which is a bonus. ?

Today was my first time visiting Falltricks. All the ladies are ssooo nice and friendly and make you feel so welcome. From the lady on reception, the lady who washed my hair and the lovely Kirsty who was so lovely, who listened to me and made me feel good about my hair and cut my hair really lovely. I walked out feeling 100% happy and on top of the world with my new cut. I will DEFINITELY be back again. Thank you so much. ?
