Iain has been cutting my hair for years, his skills are second to none. This was my first post lockdown cut, the saloon had clear instructions on PPE, that did not effect the high standard of care you expect from T&G

Thanks to Chelsee for styling my colour and cut this morning. I can always rely on her to remember how I like my hair done. Lovely to see everyone after lockdown and to have a chat. Excellent service from all.

My hair was done by Demi who is not on your list. She did an amazing job and I am very happy. I will definitely recommend her and have her do my hair again.
I would have liked to have given her a tip but didn’t have cash and your card machine doesn’t allow tips to be added, which is a real shame as the girls are going tjj on miss out. Maybe this is something you could look at. Thank you

First cut since lockdown and wow, what a difference. Joanna was so welcoming and kind. Plus she has made me look and feel like a nee woman.

I was so glad after 4 months to have a haircut and grateful for the staff who were allowed back to work. Felt safe, distancing was fine, disposal gowns and masks. Good job. Thanks ladies

My first visit and it was lovely. Iain sat and talked about what cut I would like and he did exactly what I wanted. A very gentle and relaxing wash the whole experience was perfect so much so I booked another appointment for 4 weeks time.

My hair is beautiful as usual.

Stylist really listened to what I wanted and asked me lots of questions before we started.

I got my hair done the first time and I was not happy with the colour :( I went back the second time the staff were friendly and I was given a toner to make the colour of my hair less lighter by putting in cooler toner.

It’s a been a few days I am
still not happy with the results I spent money thinking my hair will look a certain way and it doesn’t, I have washed it, it has been a few days and still feel unhappy with the colour

I’m going on holiday soon that was the reason for getting my hair coloured after a long time,

I went to Toni & Guy thinking I can get the hair results I wanted by paying more but that was not the case.

I got my hair done yesterday morning This wasn’t my first time at Toni & guy the staff were friendly, however when I got home and checked my hair properly I was not to happy about the colour on my hair, I got balayage done for my holiday (honeymoon) , the strands look abit ginger orange, I was hoping for more gold tones. I would like this sorted as I’m going away on the 9th November please.

I had booked an appointment for a cut and blow dry, the morning of my mums wedding. I did not appreciate being told how damaged my hair was. I was asked whether I took care of my hair which I found very insulting. And then the stylist preceded to tell me that it was easy to forget about your hair. I have thick hair which is naturally dry. I was made to feel like I had horrible, damaged hair. I felt like crying after a trip to your salon. Obviously this is not what I expected on the morning of my mums wedding. I have fairly good emotional resilience. However for someone who suffers with low self esteem, these comments could have been really damaging to self esteem. I don’t think it’s fair to pay nearly £50 for a service, to be left almost in tears.

Thought the whole experience couldn’t have gone any better and very pleased with end result........

Took my son in for his first T&G haircut and he was beaming when he left. He sang Chelsea’s praises throughout the cut and for hours after. A very happy customer indeed!

Hi thanks it’s challenging to restore my hair natural texture, which was initially damage by bleach.
it’s all gimmicks nothing has been changed ,he gave me an extensive treatment plus he told about the product I did buy . For me my hair is important. Probably for you I am only customer but trust me Toni and Guy has lost its credibility,I had haircut I took approximately 4 inches,but no improvement .. my hair still looks like bamboo shoots
I like his approach towards my hair but I guess it’s too late.. Very disappointing from Toni and Guy.

Demi was lovely, she was running a little late, however the rest of the staff made sure I was ok and constantly offered refreshments. Demi was lovely and gave good advice. Definitely will go back.

Very professional service by the salon and Demi. Demi was very pleasant, easy to talk to and helpful. Love my haircut!! My hair wash was very relaxing too....I was nearly asleep!!
