TONI&GUY Romford

I am regular client of Toni and guy and we trust whatever they use must be quality products, but this time I am really disappointed because I had done highlights nearly 2 months ago and eversince my hair looks like bamboo shoots and fizzy looks like too much bleach poured inn. I have been doing highlights for long time but never faced this problem. I am really struggling with my hair at the moment. Don’t know how to handle its hassle rather then style.

I saw Joanna. Brilliant hairdresser.

I had a cut with Joanna and colour tint with caramel highlights with Abby. Both Ladies were extremely efficient, friendly and professional. The Salon were very accommodating in fixing me a complementary next day appointment as the highlights weren't quite enough. I've already booked my next appointment with Abby and will book Joanna for next cut when I need it. Highly recommended! X

I had a great experience with jodie at toni and guy romford. Shes really lovely and i was happy with how she cut my hair. Shes easy to get on with .. chatty and has a nice pleasant manner. She didnt give me the hard sell into buying products which i liked! I would go back

I have a fear of haircuts and demi made me feel so comfortable! Talked me through exactly what she was doing and why! Very happy with the result and experience. Will definitely go back!

My stylist's name (Abby) is not listed in the drop-down menu. She recently tranferred to the Romford branch from Lakeside. I specifically moved to the Romford salon to keep Abby as my stylist, she always does a fantastic job.

The quality of the experience from start to finish was exceptional - staff all very attentive and highly professional, Abby is the best colour technician ever, the salon is spotless and sleek. The whole experience feels exceptional. Quality treatment, quality salon. I'm so glad to call this my new salon.

Very happy my hair feels and looks great

This was my first time with Toni & Guy and I was more than pleased with my visit.
I booked in for a cut with Olivia over the phone but without any idea of what I actually wanted.
Olivia was very patient as I explained my needs, a completely different style that required no aftercare due to arthritis in my shoulders.
Unfortunately, my previous hairdresser (now closed) had made such a mess of my hair it wasn't even level either side of my face. Coupled with a client with absolutely no clue, this gave Olivia even more of a difficult job, but she tackled it beautifully, leaving me with a great cut. I will definitely be coming back for hilites when the time is right. (If she'll have me, lol)

I came to Romford Toni & Guy for the first time today for a cut and wash. Olivia was really great and my haircut is perfect!

Abby did an amazing job of colouring my hair. Looks really lovely & exactly how I wanted it. Definitely going back!!

Jodie is brilliant. She is friendly, makes you feel so at ease, and is easy to talk to. She is very knowledgable about what you need and explains why which puts you at ease and you know she is thinking about you.

The stylist Demi was extremely friendly and professional. Asked what I wanted and explained everything through before she started so she knew I was happy. Great products knowledge and showed me what she used on my hair to achieve the desired results. Loved my hair will definitely be coming back, excellent service.

Colour beautifully restored by Abby Jones yesterday in a wonderful salon setting. Felt really pampered in my first visit to Romford salon.

Iain did a great job on my hair as did Abby who did my colour. Lakeside recently closed down where I’d been a regular for years, however I much prefer the Romford salon. So much more modern and great touches like the back massaging chair. I look forward to continuing my hair treatments here going forward.

Wonderful service in London on a trip from Manchester so treated myself to a good hair cut its the best one ive had Jodie is lovely and definitely will go back highly recomend :)

My 7 year old had her hair cut by Olivia and Olivia was great with her. The hair cut looked lovely and my daughter was over the moon.
