Did a fab job - I’m really ‘particular’ when it comes my hair, cane away very pleased

Never had my hair shorter than my shoulders, always had long curly hair, went in with a photo and said I wanted something like this(shaven short). Massive change, so glad it was Olivia cutting my hair as she was very helpful didn't just shave as I asked and cut shorter and shorter worked with my hair, syteled to suit my face/ head shape.

Chelsea and Olivia were great today. Both very friendly and helpful.

I used to have my hair done regularly in the romford salon until we moved away 3 years ago. It was really good to be back and I was very pleased with my hair today.

Can’t remember their names.. but wouldn’t recommend this salon. They try to get a learner to do your hair then make you pay for the stylist manager (most expensive) or whatever it’s called just because she cut the tiniest bit of your hair off.. lol ridiculous

Jodie had very good suggestions and actually helped me make the right decision about my hair cut around my lifestyle. Jodie you’re fab and il see you next time

Both Heida & Jamiee were very proffessional yet welcoming! They spoke to me about everything i was having done and made sure that i was happy woth my experience. Definately would recommend to everyone!

Olivia was brilliant you didn’t feel like she rushed and didn’t make me feel hurried even though my oppointment took longer than expected and went over her end of day time.

After many years of diy hairstyling that ended up making me miserable I walked into the salon and booked an appointment for the next day. The second I walked in I was treated with kindness and as I discussed my problems and what I wanted for my haircut Chelsea was attentive and also gave me her professional opinion which I was impressed with. I took her advice and afterwards I was stunned- I’d been transformed and my hair was exactly how I wanted it! I’ve found my stylist and I am never going anywhere else! Also the girl that shampooed and conditioned my hair was amazing- I can’t tell this salon has hired the best of the best

I was booked in for a cut/blow-dry @ 10.20. But there seemed to be some confusion....couldn't find my name on the system for some reason. My stylist evidently wasn't in. I met Jamiee, my stylist for that morning who listened to what I wanted done and she was very professional. I was more than happy with my stylist Jamiee. She gave me the perfect haircut. Thank you.

As always Jodie was attentive, polite and gave my Mother a wonderful cut for her 85th birthday. Her whole experience was wonderful. Thank you to everyone in the salon who made her visit very special.

As always IAN did a fantastic job, I am delighted with how my hair looks !!!!!

First issue: if you put something that is not saying how wonderful everything is on the Facebook page it somehow disappears from the main page!!

Secondly I have been going to Toni and Guy for more years than I can remember - must be at least 25 - and today my lovely soft, gentle style has been cut so short (despite having been asked for very little to be cut - just wanted a restructuring) that I now look like a prison warder.

It seems impossible to email the salon directly - am too upset to phone and talk.

Kerry did my hair did my smoothing treatment today, she did a amazing job..my hair is naturally curly and Kerry has done wonders with my dry hair. Really pleased..
Olivia cut my hair again great job, they listen to exactly I want and create it... would definitely recommend.

Not happy this time with my hair cut, felt rushed doesn't look good and too much taken off round my ears making my ears stand out

Chelsea is always amazing and did an amazing job with my hair. The girl that washes my hair looked a little lost but it was fine she also forgot to get my water but Chelsea remember and asked someone else to get it for me. That was very kind of Chelsia.

Toni and Guy is my regular hairdresser, my daughters encouraged me to go there but since my last visit at 11am at the Romford Store on Friday the 13th April . I will never be going to Toni and Guy I am left completely distraught. I booked an appointment at 11am, first it started half an hour late. Whenever I am booking an appointment the staff always make it clear to me, that should i be later than 15 min they cannot fit me in.

Putting that aside. the lady doing my hair had no idea what she was doing, she got water in my eye which in turn irritated my contact lenses, my entire back was wet and I had to ask her to dry my soaking back with the hairdryer, the lady doing my hair asked if i even wanted my hair done that day and created the worst atmosphere there could be.

After having water in my eyes, blurry vision and a soaking wet back, I had to pay for that service.

After the terrible service I was told a manager would call me on Monday and no one has called me yet.

I will not be parting with my hard earned money at a toni and guy again, there are plenty of competitors and I will not be recommended Toni and Guy to anyone.
