I had an appointment with Iain today after my usual stylist left. Was a bit worried but I needn't have been, he knew what he was doing and cut my hair really well. Really pleased.

Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of my stylist, she was very helpful throughout the process, though I wasn’t offered any drinks but there was a printed drink list on the desk. I really loved my haircut, we discussed what kind of cut i was expecting. The brush used to blow dry my hair was really dirty, that definitely need to be cleaned or changed.

From the moment I entered the saloon, the staff were very attentive and professional. They took time to explain the various treatments avalible and consulted with me on colour and style choice beforehand.

Was in the salon miles longer then expected because Olivia really took the time to talk through the process of my colour change. The girls assisting Olivia were lovely and I enjoyed the refreshments! It was way past closing time when we had finished but my experience was not rushed in anyway. Highly recommend this salon and I can’t wait to go back!

Chelsea was and is absolutely fantastic!!! I always get my hair done by her it’s because of her skills and customer service. She is the best hair stylist and I’m glad I’ve been asked for my opinion of my experience as she really does need to be commended for the work she does every time I see her. Flawless!!!
