I liked the colour and the cut that I received but I was not at all happy with my experience. Firstly the colourist got bleach onto my favourite top. I informed the gentleman who cut my hair what had happened and he apologised for it but was the only one who did. When he informed the colourist she didn’t apologise, just turned and walked off. When I told the lady at the till, she just told me to bring the jumper in but also did not apologise. Furthermore when I got home, I found hair dye all around the side of my face which I struggled to remove and finally had to resort to use nail polish remover. I will not visit this salon again.

Lizzie did a fantastic job, I love my haircut and she put so much care and effort into every curl! Thank you so much Lizzie, my fiance loves my haircut too! :D I also enjoyed the wash and head massage, so relaxing!

The staff have been excellent, good service, especially Savannah who just marvellous at doing what's however haircut I want. She is very patient towards a fussy client like me.

Becky did my balayage for me, she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable! She listened to me on what i wanted and delivered! She took her time did not rush with me at all. Great 1st time experience at hobs salon ruislip.

Very very Happy and thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the saloon. The saloon had implemented all steps to make the place COVID free thus I felt very much relaxed and at ease. Clients were staggered so it was not crowded. Place was spotless and staff were very helpful both on services provided and putting you at ease.

Very happy with my lovely cut and colour. Booked online and was able to get an extra colour service when i arrived at the salon. Overall very happy with the service.

I have been getting my greys coloured at salon for years. This time my first one since early 2020I forgot to ask for my usual colourist and ended up with Emilia or Emily and she didn’t seem to take as much care around my hair line - so I ended up looking like I have massive side burns and very small forehead. And felt I would have been better off doing colour myself at home. It happens but she didn’t clean it up straight away hence it stained and I still have it even after other girl cleaned it whilst washing my hair and I cleaned it myself few times at home. So disappointed. Next time will stick to asking for my usual colourist Becky.

Amazing!

I went to my appointment with Jeremy with really bad lock down hair. I felt so much older than my age but as usual Jeremy worked his magic and cut and styled my hair perfectly. I feel 20 years younger and I absolutely love my hair! Jeremy is amazing and I can’t rate him highly enough. Thank you Jeremy.

I’ve had a very good experience- Friendly and polite staff, the girl that have died my hair (didn’t get her name sadly) has done a very good job, the girl that washed my hair and done head massage (sadly didn’t get her name too) made me almost fall asleep, so gentle she was and Kayleigh transformed my hair into perfectly opposite of what I had on my head )) Definitely will be coming again soon ))

My first time being back to Hobs during Covid and apart from wearing a mask, my experience was just as good as it always is at Hobs. Becky was amazing! She understood what I wanted in terms of colour and explained how she was going to achieve it and reassured me at each stage. I felt relaxed and knew immediately I was in good hands.
And thanks to Margaret the receptionist who is always such a joy to speak to over the phone managed to get me booked in even during a busy time.

Excellent experience! Welcomed in by my PPE protected stylist who took me through the correct protocols of COVID. The usual discussion was followed by a soothing hair wash & head massage. Jeremy is an excellent stylist who engages with conversation immediately putting you at ease. Highly recommended!

Sophie colours my hair now and i have to say she is brilliant. I have a balayage and i love it, she pucked the right tones that suit me and everyone says how good it looks everytime.

Jo has been cutting my hair since 2012 after she qualified and i would never go to anyone else. The whole experience at Hob in Ruislip is first class staff are all excellent
