Every time i go to get my hair done I leave feeling absolutely amazing. Literally don’t know how they work their magic. The service of everyone there is absolutely fantastic. I’m a customer for life! I always come back to Anthony because he knows exactly how to cut hair. My naturally curly hair has recently been messed up by a keratin treatment but Anthony gave me a miracle cut last Saturday which restored some of the curls and life my hair has lost. Very happy. Everyone at T&G is very friendly too.

I asked the hairdresser not to thin the ends and keep it blunt, she started to thin the ends anyways and when I asked her to stop she said she was making my hair look better. I know how I like my hair and this is not it. Very irritated with the outcome as it was £55

I’ve been coming to Anthony since I moved to London (6 years ago) and his expertise, patience and skills are fantastic. He always puts me at ease, and is a super genuine guy. I’ve tried other salons closer to East London, but it’s always worth the trip to Shepherds Bush, just to see him.

I have been a regular customer with Tony & Guy Westfield and my hair stylist Antonio (Italian man) is amazing ! Unfortunately, I have had my appointment moved many times by request if the receptionists on several occasions without the stylists knowledge and I have been very accommodating. However, yesterday, not only were the receptionists rude, I arrived 6 min late fir my appointment and they refused to take me so I had to move my appointment 3hrs later. I do not expect this type of service when paying so much money and coming from far. I only travel to Westfield because if Antonio and I have expressed my disappointment to him. If you could train your receptionists to be more professional and friendly it would create a better image of your company! They also refused to wash my hair when asked by the stylist. Very disappointed.

Had highlights and cut. The salon is a great environment, Everyone was friendly and I was really pleased with both the highlights and cut.

The service was incredible! My hairdresser (Melis) was not only incredibly friendly, but she gave me great advice and left me with a perfect haircut! The atmosphere was very friendly and it was overall a very relaxing and highly enjoyable experience.

***** (colour technician) was friendly and welcoming. I showed her a couple of pictures of the colours and I explained to her that I would like a natural look but would like to see the colour.
However, there is no real difference between my natural colour and the new colour at all. The ‘after’ pictures fails to capture any change and even the girl who washed my hair acknowledged that the colour is not showing up in the pictures. In real life, it is very difficult to see the colour change. A natural look does not mean an unnoticeable look.
I was told I could come back in 2 weeks for more to be put in but I am very disappointed with the end results and have lost trust in the staff to rectify the error. As such, I would not be coming to the branch again.

I had a very good experience with Lucìa. She was very kind and friendly and she made my hair as I wanted, being very careful on my instructions. She also gave me some good tips. I will definitely reconsider it for next time!

Toni and Guy have always been a reliable bet for me but this is the best of their salons. Staff and service polite and excellent.

Disappointed the with cut. Fringe cut very short and does not blend with rest of cut.

Anthony always listens to what you would like, advises how best to achieve it and then produces the style. Excellent!

Great stylist but what’s going on with the salon and the pricing...?

I saw April in the Westfields salon. It is always a pleasurable experience there and I absolutely love my haircut. I will most definitely recommend to my friend and family.

Had a bad experience, went in for my appointment, but my hairdresser never arrived, so was appointed to another, he did not understand what I wanted even after showing images of my previous haircut. I was not happy with the haircut or the service. Later I found out the hairdresser arrived late, and no apologies.
