Great staff

I really enjoyed my hair cutting in Westfield TONI&GUY yesterday. My stylist was Salvatore who are extremely professional and patient. I love my new style very much.

Dillan cut my hair and I would highly recommend him, he did exactly what I asked for and I was so pleased with the outcome. Will definitely be coming back often.

Went for my first time at Toniandguy and Melis was looking after me. She’s been great and very conscious of how much she will cut my long hair, Melis done a perfect cut and blow dry too, that’s what I wanted!!!

I found Fiona and the the girl who cut my hair really nice, but the woman who coloured my hair completely ruined my hair colour. Didn't take time to explain to me what my hair colour would turn out like, I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she said my hair would be slightly warmer and showed me a colour that it would look like but my hair after she washed it, looked copper and that's exactly what I had told her I didn't want. My hair is patchy uneven and looks nothing like what I wanted. She got really rude and abrupt after I told her I didn't like it. I paid the full price, they have asked me to go back, I live very far from shepherds bush Branch but guess I have to go back to get it fixed. Not happy

Lucia was amazing, she gave me exactly what i wanted and explained everything so i would know what to ask for next time. She even showed me my hair straight and wavy to make sure i liked it. Very friendly and good at what she does.

New to London and excited to find a good salon. This is not it. Will not be back.

Possibly the worst hair salon experience of my life. Short consultation, didn’t give me anything I wanted and left looking worse than when I came in. Unfortunately came in with high expectations for a new look and stylish do - wanted to cry as I left. Will never go back to a T&G salon again (especially this one).

Once again great cut by Dillon and great time.

Not only the treatments are amazing and the staff very professional, but they go the extra Mile all the time to make you live a great experience!
Went with 6months baby and doggy and the girls managed to keep them busy while I indulged in a lovey treatment ,head massage and a long blowdry. Ah and they do manicure how, that s great!

I have done Highl ights full head, and cut & blow dry, by Ruben which the service it very excellent ????

Natasha was brilliant today. She was very sensitive to my needs and has produced another cracking hair cut.

One of the best haircuts I’ve had

This is not a reflection on the ladies politeness who did my hair but I didn’t enjoy the experience, the standard wasn’t good enough as a first time customer and certainly wouldn’t return. I overall was not impressed . I always used a competitor to blow dry once a week which is cheaper and far better.

As usual it’s perfect ! Exactly what I wanted ! I never go with a fix idea but they always know what I want ! I came to do highlight on T section the lady worked perfectly ! So worth the price . I will always be a faithful client to T&G! It lasts long as well because it’s perfeftly done.

Anthony smashed it again as per usual. I love going to get my hair cut because the confidence I have leaving that salon every time makes me feel 6ft even tho I’m just a short ass at 5ft 2.

I had a lovely cut at the salon. The hairdresser was lovely and she cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted. She was really polite.

I go to Reuben and he is by far the best colourist I have ever been to, would do without him! His attention to detail is second to none and he goes above and beyond for his clients. Oh, and my hair looks incredible too!

Many visits , different hairdressers, possibly giving Toni & Guy a bad reputation this salon !Roots /Highlights yesterday not enough sets put in to thin to notice so doesn’t match what I got !!The stylist before did same but I had to go back and pay 3 times just to get it to actually look like I’d had highlights not really happy as this sort of thing damages your hair couldn’t have it touched for a year after all that now I have to go back today and see the manager , never had any problems with other Toni & guys just thisbine at Shepherd’s Bush seems to be lacking in customer care !!

I had my haircut today by Melis, she was lovely, friendly and gave lots of good tips about how to look after my hair. I have curly hair and I’m usually quite wary of hair dressers but I would not be next time! All the staff- reception and the lady who washed my hair were also friendly and welcoming, Thank you.

I used to come to the Westfield white city branch of Toni and Guy for years, always got my hair cut by George. Then due to convenience I stopped. Three years later I am back getting my hair cut by George again. He is the best hair stylist I have ever had and even though it’s a little out of my way I had to go back. He’s very professional, listens to what I want and knows exactly what suits me and my hair. He’s very friendly and couldn’t ask for more to be honest.
