I only come there for April because she is amazing. To be fair so is everyone else.

One of the best salons I have been to and that is mostly because of the amazing experience I always have with April. Not only she is amazing at her job but the level of customer service and the attention to details she provides is optimum and much appreciated. Thank you April.

Anthony has been cutting and styling my hair for 2 years now and he is the best hairdresser I’ve had. My hair was dry and in a bad state when I first went to Anthony and he has managed to fix my hair. So happy with my results every time

I have been using Tony&guy for many years, but on this occasion I experienced the incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour of the receptionist. When I enquiried about the price, the receptionist raised her voice and became incredibly confrontational and abnoxious. This left me speechless and incredibly offended, even the customers behind me were shocked.
This is unacceptable from a customer service perspective and from a human point of view. If the receptionist does not have the manners and professionalism she should not be there ruining everyone’s experience and the reputation of the brand!

Tony & Guy White City Westfield always provide a professional, cheerful and curteous service. Most of all, my hair always looks great at the end of each appointment and it's not too bad for value for money!

I had the most amazing appointment with Toni&Guy, my stylist was super friendly and professional, his knowledge was amazing and I trusted him completely with my hair - and it paid off!!! The end result was even better than I had imagined it would be!! I will definitely be coming back!!!

The experience we have as a family is fantastic... And there’s only one (JAMIE) individual that’s responsible to that!

Overall I am delighted by my cut by the charming Lucia (aka Chia) and colour by the equally delightful Ruben, but because of a mix up with my booking - a simple cut and colour touch up took 3 hours. The salon was understandably v busy on. Saturday in December- and everyone tried hard - so thanks for that.

Salvatore is a great hairdresser, gave me something that I didn't realise i wanted and I love it! All the staff their were friendly and they gave a great, happy service.

This was My first appointment with stylist Salvatore and I was very happy with my haircut. Salvatore took his time, listened to what I wanted and checked in regularly with what I wanted as the cut progressed (short ladies cut). Salvatore was friendly & welcoming, a great haircut that I’m really happy with.

Salvatore has been simply amazing! Strongly recommend him if you need a new look. He's a dedicated person, kind and professional. I'm happy!

I have been going to George for colour for a few years and can say that he always exceeds my expectations. Not only he does what you ask him somehow ihe manages to do better what you had in mind. Consistent amazing results.

It’s the second time I’ve had Ruben doe my hair, he is the absolute best at natural but stunning balayage...I love coming in to see him, as his service is so relaxed, he just gets his head down and makes my hair beautiful, and if I stick my head up from my book he chats....which is perfect for me as I work around people so sometimes need to switch off. The first time I couldn’t believe the work he did, my friends all wanted the same, I was getting complimented by strangers. I never want to leave him or the salon!! Thankyou so much! The salon atmosphere is always great, other stylists compliment each other’s work which makes the salon feel comfortable and not bitchy! I love it.

Mark is an artist when it comes to hair. He is really a perfectionist. Store needs to fix its Apple Pay- second time I had to go out and come back with cash.
