Great cut as always and good chat.

I tuned up for my appointment with a broken arm, the staff are all great and helpful. Rubin is utterly brilliant, he can do everything, cut, colour and more. Also got to practice my Spanish. Not going anywhere else. Thank you

I did my high lights but the roots are not done properly basically she needed to pull the foil near the end of the roots to achieve that she has not done that!

I really liked Salvatore, he listened and took his time.

I've been cutting my hair here for over a year now after trying dozens of other places where my hair cut would get ruined. Antonio always does his best and I alway leave happy and looking forward to my next cut.

Gloria at Westfield did a fabulous job coloring my hair today. She listened to my concerns, addressed them and I am so pleased with the results. Very professional service.

I've been having my hair done at T&G In White Ciy Westfield branch for about three years. I always get a professional and friendly service, good hair advice too. Although it's a fraction pricey than its neighbouring Shepherd Bush hair salons, there is no comparison when it comes to cleanliness and atmosphere which makes it worth every penny.

It was such a lovely experience, everyone so friendly and nice. I was made to feel very special and really enjoyed my experience. It was so relaxing and my hair hasn’t looked so good. Would definitely recommend to my friends and my aunt cane with me and had her hair cut too along with the blow dry. And her hair hasn’t looked so good in a long time, in fact it looked amazing ????

I am very happy with my Style Director who always makes sure that he understands what I want but at the same time gives me his opinion which is the great combination you need for a hair style makes you feel good! Staff at the till are very staff, spacious salon, not crowded. Thats what I like about them

I came because for once I have been unfaithful to T&G which costed me to come back 1 month later cause what was on my head was a disaster . Gloria understood what I wanted and saved me, I also had a very nice and modern hair cut , the lady who attended me really knew what she was doing (I don’t know her name I never saw her before in the salon) but I was impressed.

Very pleased and was consulted throughout. Professional service and very friendly.

I decided to try this hair salon out as i needed somewhere nearer to my new home as my old hair salon is too far -and I’m so happy I did! George did my hair and he was fantastic. He has done the best job that I’ve had so far. He was also very knowledgeable about hair colour and did me a fantastic blow dry (on my microring hair extensions) I’ll be coming here as a regular from now on !

Unreal service super happy !! Plus great tips for looking after my hair

So. I specifically asked for “not short”, explaining what I meant by “not short” (very - extremely- thoroughly) and what I got was “super short”. But the beauty of it is that it’s not even done properly so I am having to spot left over long random hair to cut, as I had to sort out the neck which was longer to one side (not an intentional fashion statement but simply poorly cut). And I had the pleasure of paying lots for it. At least the receptionist was nice.

Great Hairdresser and hair cut

Had olaplex/smart bond treatment for my hair. I was told my hair will be softer and smoother but nope, nothing like it. They still feel coarse and dry.

I had an expensive keratin treatment on my undyed silver hair. The treatment turned my hair bright yellow. I told the salon immediately who passed it on to their head office who have yet to give me a refund. They have taken over a week to reply and have yet to answer my questions as to why this happened, what can be done about it and address my request for a refund. All they are now offering is a review at a different salon. I have no confidence in going back to a Toni and Guy salon. So disappointing. They don't seem to care that I now hate my hair and can't leave the house. An expensive hair treatment should make you feel better.

I’ve never been one to willingly go to the hairdressers for more than a very small trim but as my hair had got so unhealthy I decided to bite the bullet and so glad I did. Scott was amazing, like many others I have the fear of someone cutting way more off than I needed but it’s the perfect length. I have very fine flat hair and Scott worked his magic and it feels so much thicker and fuller. Literally cannot sing his praises enough. So happy I finally found the perfect stylist. Oh and he’s also lovely too :) Thank You!
