I popped in to discuss my haircut with Samuel and ended up with a robe and a haircut. He really listens, provides honest advice and a fantastic service all round. I cannot rate him more highly. The team are fab. Thank you.

It was amazing what they did with my hair i like very much...thanks to antonio and lean for the amazing hard work.

Stuart was so lovely and I felt in really good hands with him. Meanwhile April was very friendly and professional. These two members of the team were very good.

The appointment felt extremely rushed such that it remove the ‘pampering’ aspect of getting your hair done. I have thick hair which means one hour is not enough but even when I tell this at the time of booking, it isn’t acknowledged.

I had a long break since my last hairdresser experience (which was okay I suppose but not too inspiring) so my hair has grown way too long to manage it myself. I am always nervous to go to a new hairdresser because I tend to be disappointed. In the end I found this place and now I'm so glad that I chose Tony&Guy as I couldn't be happier with my new haircut and the service was also great.

Just had yet another amazing cut done by Scott. He just knows how to work with hair so well, and the end result always exceeds my expectations. He also did a complete restyle for my 12 year old daughter. She’s very hard to please, but came out smiling with a beautiful short crop.

Had an appointment with Natassia, she was amazing! Kind and extremely professional; she adviced me on a haircut I wanted helping me decide what would suit me best and gave my hair a treatment that made them shiny and incredibly healthy looking. Left the salon feeling amazing, exactly what you expect to feel like when you leave your hairdresser. The girl that washed my hair had really good conversation skills and washed my hair in such a gentile and relaxing way. Great experience!

Great customer service by the staff, very welcoming and got what I wanted at a great price.

Would have been nice if the stylist cared a tiny bit about the haircut and was a bit less hostile. Haircut is ok but supercuts could have done this for cheaper. Receptionists were lovely and assistant was super lovely too- he gave an awesome head massage.

Really great haircut with Scott

Scott has cut my hair for 5 years now and has never let me down, really knows his stuff. The kiwi sense of humour helps as well.

Great job as always Gloria! She listened to what I wanted and did a great job neutralising the brassy tones in my hair. Once again, I got the colour I wanted. She also knows how to treat my curly frizzy dry hair with conditioning treatments which is so imp when dyeing hair. Lovely blow dry too. Thank you!

I love coming to Toni and Guy Westfield. My hair is long and curly and lots of people can’t deal with it, but Anthony always knows exactly what I want and that’s why I’ve been just coming here for the last 5 years and will keep coming back!

The price seems to increase every other month. I’m now paying 25% more than I was paying when I first started coming to Toni & Guy. When will the prices stop rising? Will the prices ever come back down? I don’t get anything more for the extra cost. In fact, sometimes I get less with no head massage or no drink. This is the second time I’ve written about price rises at Toni & Guy and I’m disappointed that it’s being ignored like the price increases can be justified for no reason.

Staff is very attentive and friendly. Good customer service. As always I walk out with great hair and had a fun time.

I went to this salon once before, a couple of months ago. It was my first time at a Toni & Guy salon, and I received a brilliant service by Antony and the team.
After my experience with *****, however, I do not think I shall return either to this salon or a Toni & Guy, despite the good service received by the rest of the team on this visit.

Despite being a 'style director' (the second-highest rank in the Toni & Guy hierarchy), ***** was extremely rude, and hyper/nervous, and made the atmosphere very tense during my visit.

He did not listen to me while I outlined what kind of cut I wanted. Rather he proceeded to explain what was wrong with my previous hairstyle (which ironically was cut in his salon two months previously), and how he had not even been taught to trim hair that way.

***** also criticised a fellow colleague, who had left work slightly early, and complained about having to work on a Sunday (which might explain his annoyed/nervous attitude), which I did not find particularly professional.

The haircut and blow-dry were okay, though they were not executed with care - as had been the case during my previous visit - and definitely not worth the cost.
