My hair had been ruined to say the least by a cheap and nasty job from a different salon, walked into Toni and Guy on the off chance they could fix the unfixable, met with Ruben who is absolutely spectacular couldn’t recommend his talent any higher in every way - he really listens too. The receptionists are absolute babes also 10/10

I had a wonderful experience with April who took the time out to understand my hair and how and what I would like to have it. She took care of the products that she used and spoke about what she was doing each time. It was a be spoke service.

Wonderful service, caring staff great atmosphere. Looking forward to next trip.

It was my first time at Toni & Guy and I had my consultation and hair toned by Ruben who had ample expertise and was extremely lovely and informative. I had 2 friends with me that day and they ended up booking appointments with him too!

My hair stylist was Anthony and he is simply a genius

I went in for a wash cut and blow dry today and I am honestly so pleased with my new hair style, all staff were polite , smiley and lovely , my hairdresser was very kind and professional, amazing experience ! So well ran x

On arrival, Just one person was in the reception and she was busy with a couple and I had to wait in the que for 3 minutes. The other two receptionists walking and talking together and coming towards reception. After wearing the hair cutting cape, no one even asked me if I need something to drink or not.
I can just appreciate as usual Scot (the Manager) for his acknowledgement and skill and also, He is the credit of Toni&Guy hairdressing in Westfield branch.

My first time coming to this salon after having my hair coloured for years, Daniela did a fantastic job with my highlights and overall a lovely experience

The service was AMAZING, however the curls disappeared after an hour and the hair in general went really flat...

Great experience getting my hair coloured -I had no idea how complex colouring hair was - George took note of the result I was aiming for and helped achieve it despite the complicated nature’ of my existing colour.

Had a great experience, loved my haircut and very pleased with the service. Definitely recommend it to friends and family.

My hair was lovely as usual when April does it. She is so friendly and makes you feel relaxed and enjoy the experience.

I really enjoyed my first visit to Tony & Guy. Melissa, the stylist was welcoming, efficient and professional. She listened to what I wanted to have done to my hair, gave some suggestions and did a fantastic job. Would recommend her to all my friends.

For years, I had been wanting to dye my very very dark brown hair (looked black) to a lighter shade of dark brown with bits of light brown. Going to other hairdressers, (won't mention the company names), to lift my dark hair was always hard so my hair would always end up slightly ginger or dark red.

So i came to toni&guy in the hope of fixing it. One of your lovely technicians called Gloria was the only hairdresser so far who had been totally honest about how and why the red tones would be hard to remove completely from my hair. I really valued her honest and she told me step by step what she will be doing to get rid of the red tones and to turn my hair more brown. She didn't just run a toner through it, she mixed other dyes and checked the colour consistently... She did such a good job, I honestly never thought my hair colour could become like this.

Also it's rare to find hairdressers who are so honest! She wasn't afraid to tell me that my hair will not become completelyy like my desired look in one day but she did the best possible in that one day. She then advised me of how to maintain the colour and what she can do when I go back after a couple of months. She took her time and reassured me and put up with all of my questions along the way!

Great service and I'm definitely coming back to toni&guy Westfield in the future. Thanks Gloria!

P.s all the staff were lovely and kindly gave me a charger for my phone and always made sure I was topped up on coffee or water!

First time Sam has cut my hair - I love it! And I really appreciated all his advice on hair treatments.

Stylist was polite, attentive and talented!!!

I came in not really knowing what I wanted but knowing that the last person really f£&ed up my hair.

Dillon listen to what I wanted and worked with me. I asked to leave my favourite piece of my hair long. With most stylists it’s like pulling teeth but they really try to work with you to give you something you’ll love.

Brilliant service love my new haircut and very nice staff

I had to advise the girl how to blow dry my hair straight as it was flicking out- she then left it with massive dents in a supposed straight look. She did not sectioned my hair adequately to blow dry. Rough dried my hair too dry to then style. I’m extremely disappointed. Been a customer of Toni and Guy for at least 6 years.

I always enjoy my time and experience with George and as usual left with what I desired and it having been done to a great standard !!

I’m afraid that I am utterly disappointed in my appointment today. I have a big event this evening, therefore needing an up-do and I have never seen such a bad job done. I was in a rush to get to the event to I did not complain at the time. It was so badly done that I have had to take it out and start again myself. Biggest waist of £50. I will not be going to your salon again

Bit disappointed if I'm honest. Felt much more rushed than the usual stylists I get my hair cut with. Felt he did it in half the time. Was in and out of the salon in 20 mins. He didn't explain what he'd done at the end or even show me how it looked at the back. Been coming to this salon for 6-7 years and probably my least enjoyable haircut.

Third time here and it was has great as the first one, amazing team and servive. Very proffesional

Overall my experience was good however, I was not offered a drink at the beginning. When my haircut was done and the stylist was blowing drying my hair he then asked if I wanted a drink. Also my haircut is nice and blowout was amazing but the weight of my hair is less which I specific said I don’t want. I said I don’t mind my hair being heavy as I like the fullness however he cut right into it. I am extremely upset about that, my hair feels so light which I didn’t not want.

As a longstanding Toni and Guy client - this was my first visit to the Westfield salon- and they didn't disappoint. Skilled and responsive technician and stylist- good if strong tea - and tuned in well toy requirements. Thank you!

This is my second time at this salon, staff are always friendly. Love my hair dresser he knows how to cut my hair and generally a lovely person.

I’ve been using this salon for a number of years and have had my haircut by a range of top stylists. All have been great, have understood my needs in terms of style and have always given me a fantastic cut that has held its shape and style well until the next cut.
Sam is particularly great!

Samuel has cut my hair twice and it's been brilliant both times. He gets what I like and what works, and is very skilled and creative.

I asked for a blonde colour and I’ve got my hair copper coloured, so they promised me they will fix it next time after one week... I hope ....

I usually cut my hair at Tony & Guy with Mark Malota and his technique is just...perfect!

Scott is the person to ask for if you want outstanding technical expertise. He did an excellent job on my hair.
