The girl who washed my hair needs more training she only did the top of my hair and didn’t even go down to the scalp. The stylist cut my hair much shorter than the reference photo and than I wanted it. The was hair all over the floor from previous clients and on the vanity’s. When I left the roots of my hair were still damp and was frizzy underneath. I had to wash my hair the next day as well because of big pieces of dry dandruff was all through my hair! Was not worth the £75. And months now before my hair will grow to the length I wanted it.

This team genuinely care about the needs of their clients and make you feel part of the family. They exceed expectations every time.

£20 spray conditioning treatment had little effect on my hair.

Perfect service, very attentive, professional, polite and friendly staff.

I wanted to treat my 2 friends for Fri night out and booked 2 fashion fix which was consisted of half head braid the first hair stylists the Jamie listen to the requirements and done great job perfection the second stylist ***** and I hope I m not mistaken in names the 6 pm appointment absolutely awful did not listen to the customer or suggested the right braid hairstyle was absolutely disinterested and talking about cost that would be 75 £ if he was to make the right braid snd so on and everything so pointless he has made a very poor attempt on braid which has fallen out with all the hair pins in the car to our venue so all together very very very unhappy experience and what was to be my treat for my friend has turn in to big disappointed I have chosen Toni and guy because of your status in hair industry but learn is not so

Gloria did an amazing job covering for Rueben. im so so happy with the colour and the way she styled it. She also advised i bought a purple conditioner which will hopefully keep the highlights nice and bright!

I’ve had my hair cut at the westfields store a couple of times now and the service there is amazing. I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone, very nice and friendly staff. I have very happy with my hair.

Antonio was professional and amazing!!! I just gave him an idea of what i wanted and what issues i had with my hair and he went for it!!! I absolutely love my new look, i feel fantastic and ready for a new start!! Also Fernando does an epic head massage, dangerous if you a lil sleepy but his secret moves are the one!!!

All staff are friendly and welcoming. Mark is an excellent stylist and has a great personality

Best hair style ever in my life Iv never had such beautiful hair done! Except the shampoo they used was very very itchy I might need to ask for another one next time. But hair style was amazing.

As a first time customer , I was a bit nervous and not sure whether you would be able to deliver what I wanted but you completely understood the type of change I needed for my hair colour. To be honest it looks amazing and much better than I expected. Will definitely come back next time.

It was my first time at any Toni & Guy salon and I had an amazing experience! I had to fix my haircut as I was getting married three days later and was really nervous about it. But Anton and the rest of the team were so attentive and lovely, they made me feel reassured and satisfied with my haircut! The espresso was an added bonus ;) will definitely be going back!
