I’m VERY happy with the cut and colour... the atmosphere was relaxing, incredibly polite and professional people. I enjoyed every minute of the five hours I was in. I have had a total transformation from very long to very short and even if it was my decision to do so, I felt nervous. Antonio reassured me and made me feel comfortable. I trusted him straight away, the same for colour technician... overall I so recommend it!!!!

I was in need of a cut and colour for a university reunion dinner just 3.5 weeks after giving birth. I rang Toni & Guy with just a day to go and asked for an appointment and also if it was okay to bring my newborn baby with me. This wasn't a problem and they offered me the private room for my appointment. I am comfortable to breastfeed in public but some privacy is always welcome (and people don't want to hear a crying baby!) Leanne did my colour and Dillan did my cut and blow dry. They could not have been more accommodating of when I needed to feed the baby. They did a great job of turning my posts pregnancy dry and drab locks into something special. I had a lot of compliments. A women's right to breastfeed in public is protected in law but it's great to see a company like Toni & Guy embracing this so positively. Thank you!

Every time I go to Toni and Guy Westfield I am treated very well. I am a regular and I’m made to feel like part of the family. The service I receive is always excellent and the staff always try and make things work if you change your mind on the service you want. I would highly recommend Sam as well as he will advise you on what will look best and always produces an amazing result. I will be going back again and again.

I haven't cut my hair in over a year and I was cautious about where I would get it cut but after the service at Toni&Guy I was very pleased with the final result! Great stylist and all round positive atmosphere!

My style director was Mr. Antony, he is skilled and wide knowledgeable person I ever met in his friend.

Very bad hair cut, senior stylist done it!

In and out with wash, re-style and blow dry in less than one hour. Cut a fringe with one chop, held my hair out in front of my face and chopped with one cut No cutting in around my face or anything. I am now left looking like tgr chartacter from little Britain. Think the stylist was hung over !

The whole visit was wonderful, from the relaxing Indian head massage to the great style Anthony created. Highly recommend a visit.

Both the salon and the staff are amazing in T&G Westfield London. Always happy/ welcoming staff on reception, and they give advanced calls if anything about your appointment changes.

April is an amazing Art Director and Manager of the store. She's super friendly and outgoing and I always look forward to our appointments! Super knowledgable and accomodating when you don't know what you want, and chatty throughout the cut!

Would definitely recommend April/ Westfield London to my friends/ family!

April and the team yet again we’re exceptional.

Staff are great. Enjoy the experience. This is my third time and I’ve asked and asked for my blonde highlights to feel more lifted and lighter. Again and again I’m asked if I’ve died my hair darker or even copper in some lights. I will likely try somewhere else to see if I can get the colour I desire.

April has been cutting my hair for a while now and I would not have anyone else but my hair. She's so creative that I can sit down and leave her to it.

Nice hair cut the way it was supposed to be

I’ve been a customer for years here and enjoyed my experience overall. Unfortunately though, they have made some changes that are definitely for the worse. Today I was informed I’d have to pay an additional c£50 for a blow dry after my colour - something that has come as standard at every other appointment. I was also refused a fringe trim by my regular stylist as she was booked - something that normally only takes 2 mins so isn’t normally an issue and is something we’ve discussed several times as absolutely not being an issue.
I also cannot make head nor tail of their pricing as I seem to pay something different every time I go despite always getting the same thing.
Despite it being very convenient for me and having a personal change-averse disposition (particularly regarding my hair!) I am going to be exploring other salons. I spend too much £ on my hair to now feel like I have to haggle over some product and a decent blow dry.

I booked on line same day with Samuel. At reception I was pleasantly greeted, seated immediately and brought a cup of tea. Great consultation followed where Samuel, listened and explained. Fab head massage and of course cut. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.

I’ve been with April for a few years now. She’s great, knows my hair and I always I have a good session in the salon. Highly recommend April and this salon.

I arrived as a new customer , the staff take your coat to hang , they welcome you with tea or cofee and magazines complimentary . I was then escorted to my stylist George top stylist ! at westfield branch and did an amazing job on my colour ,cut, and finish , all the team at Westfield we’re very welcoming and friendly , and caring , the atmosphere is vibrant with a stylish decor and spacious was also given a discount being a student ! Excellent service through our will definitely visit again top salon many thanks xx

Attentive and friendly from the off-set. Dylan and Lianne did a very good job of lifting my mood on a rainy Monday morning. Both very professional and hair has a new lease of life - so, I do too! Would recommend both- Lianne for colour and Dylan for cut and blow dry. Thank you- the biggest compliment you can pay a hairdresser apparently is to tell your friends ... and to come back, so I will do exactly that!
