I had my haircolour done 3 days ago and I am very happy for the results, the colour is perfect. People there are very kind and friendly as well.

Lena, my niece who is autistic, had a wash and blow dry today. All the staff were incredibly helpful, considerate and friendly. Antonio who styled her hair checked that she was comfortable at each stage of the wash, cut and blow dry and did a great job!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken to my seat and advised on what was best for my hair !!

April at Tony&Guy is one of the best hairdressers I have ever met. Not only is it always a fantastic experience at Tony&Guy but I feel right at home. The wash is always very pleasent and relaxing. The cut is always perfect and the blow dry, out of this world.

The staff at the salon are always so friendly and make me feel at ease. Sam at Toni & Guy Westfield is a gem. He knew exactly what I wanted and delivered ten fold. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a hair cut with Anthony, my first time in his care. Anthony made me feel totally comfortable, listened to what I wanted & have me the best haircut ever, I felt amazing when I left. Anthony was really enthusiastic, I usually find going to the hairdressers stressful but he made me feel totally at ease. The other salon staff were also welcoming & friendly.

I had my appointment with Samuel for the first time and was little bit nervous about it because I wanted something extra form my usual cut (side bangs).

But he was just amazing.

Let me everything expan (what I want & why), give my couple of suggestions, talk to me through the whole process step by step & even let me couple of times to mess up my hair so I can see how it all sits.

More then happy with the cut & Samuel was the best decision I did so far this year.

My othet half got me a lovely voucher for my birthday from Toni & Guy for the full works. My appointment was at 10am, for a full head of highlights and a cut and blow dry. The colour stylist was very professional i cant fault her as was the stylist. However, my colour and treatment finished 12pm and ofcourse i assumed it would be on to the cut. I was then informed (with wet hair from the wash) that the stylist wouldnt be able to cut my hair until 1pm. I was so shocked because my appointment was for 10am and surely the salon were not going to expect me to sit and wait for another hour until 1pm for a hair cut. Quite honestly the services are ao expensive at Toni & Guy i expected so much better. I have never known of 3 hour hair appointments for highlights and a cut and blow dry. My birthday present was completely ruined and i didnt have time to wait another hour as i had other commitments. The manager did come over and said she was very sorry, something happened with the colour treatment being quicker than they thought. I was only charged for the colour and not the blow dry as i was not going to leave with wet hair. The technician that blow dryed my hair was lovely i cant fault him and he did a lovely job. However i needed a hair cut and i left the salon very disappointed. I paid for the colour however i did not book another appointment for a hair cut, despite having vouchers left over.

Exceptionally professional. The lady who washed my hair Tikka, sorry for spelling your name wrong, was wonderful. You washed my hair with care and gave me a service that I will never forget. You have special hands that touched my brain. Brilliant massage technique.Thank you. Mark who styled my hair conducted his work professionally with speed producing excellent results. Thank you Mark for your magic! I walked through the shopping centre and turned heads gaining several compliments about my hair. Thank you for making me look and feel FABULOUS!!! Best birthday treat. I will be recommending these two peoples for their work to others.

Not at all local for me but I’ve followed Scott across London over the last twenty odd years and will continue to do so. I came out feeling amazing. Fabulous hair cut by Scott.

However i noticed an unusual casualness and informality by the staff on the floor that was rather surprising. Call me old fashioned but I’m used to seeing staff finding things to do rather than standing around chatting or, in one case, a stylist lounging on the sofa on his phone. It really didn’t look very professional and was at odds with what I’ve known at Canary Wharf and Gt Portland Street.

However, for the quality of Scott’s cutting, I will be returning. .

Antonio did a wonderful job cutting my hair last weekend - I was slightly nervous about getting 10 inches or so off (I was donating my hair to a charity) but knew I was in safe hands with such a brilliant stylist! All of the staff are really welcoming and kind, would definitely recommend!

The best ever

I had one or the highest levels to do my hair, men’s cut, £59! And it was terrible, all my hair done with clippers and very little scissors used. I could’ve done it in a barber better and for £20.
Not even a week later my hair cut looks terrible as it was so badly blended.
I’ve been going to Westfield salon for years and always happy, but this was a joke. On the day after blow drying and product on and styled you kind of think it looks alright, the reality of the terrible cut became obvious after washing my hair.
Shame.

I’ve absolutely no room for any complaints. The cup of tea was very welcoming and my hairstylist April was simply gorgeous. I loved the way my hair was styled and I felt it was just like one featured in a woman’s magazine. Lovely Natasha tinted my hair and it was fabulous. I left a delighted client and would definitely be back!

Well I have been very very pleased of the way this young lady called April do my hair and her friendly and caring way and nothing absolutely nothing is a bother for her in other words very outstanding attitude. And of course all the staff is excellent too. I will be coming back too ! Hopefully!!

I’ve been going to the same Toni & Guy to get my haircut for 4 Years now and I am very pleased with the personal service I receive. The service can sometimes be a bit inconsistent when they are busy and trying to rush everyone through (shorter shampoos) but overall, everyone is very nice and accommodating. However, the biggest issue is the price. I am constantly told by my peers that I should go elsewhere to get a significantly cheaper haircut and I always defend my choice go to Toni & Guy on their service but after 4 years, I’m now paying £10 more than when I started going there. The price seems to go up and up every couple of months with no real explanation it any sign that the price will be frozen at any point. I fear that I will be spending £100 for the same haircut next year when I was once only paying £40. Will the price ever go back down? Doubtful and a shame as I am now looking elsewhere due to the fear of the constantly increasing price.

As always I have the best experience at Toni and Guy, I have remained loyal to the company because I get the best hair cuts, restyled, basically what ever I am hoping for, April makes it happen! I love my new fringe and would only ever trust her with it! Highly recommend Toni and Guy Westfield... been goimg for years and will continue! Thanks to April and the team.. Lala
