Really great hair cut, walked out feeling like a million dollars!

I love visiting George at Toni & Guy. I’ve struggled to find someone who understands my hair in the past and I would now never go to anyone else. George is perfect.

Very pleased with my hair cut by Jamie, as alwYs he listens to what I want and is very understanding of what I’d like and did a fab job. Layered my hair beautifully, just how I wanted. It’s not cheap but worth the extra pennies. Have been to many other hairdressers who e bodged it up by feel quite safe in his capable hands! Reception staff very friendly too.

Today I had my haircut by Antonio, and I just wanted to thank him. I have recently had survey which mean I had to have some of my head shaved and I am quite self conscious about it. He gave me some advice vise on what to do to stop the regrowth sticking up. I feel my better after this appointment. People think it's just hair, but I have been very down since they shaved my hair off for my op and today is the first time I have been able to look at it in the mirror without feeling sad. So thanks so much. Merry Christmas xx

Fairly average service - not offered a drink or any real pleasantries. Blowwave wasn’t great - it’s alwaya disappointing when you know you can do a better job yourself - and worse when you can obviously see it’s frizzy or full of static and just not sitting right - yet hairdresser tries to tell you it looks great - I was really looking forward to visiting saloon but left really disappointed. End result was good/ ok after I asked for Blowwave to be fixed - but it just wasn’t great experience.

I am not really happy with my results at the end .I wanted something different, I asked for very light blond highlights as u am natural blond and thought that would not be a problem buy I barely see any difference. Any of my 6 friends I have asked if they see anything different on my hair and their answer was no .Although service was super nice .

I've been going to this Toni & Guy on a monthly basis for roughly six years now and have always been thoroughly impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff. Special mention goes to Anthony, the stylist I've had for all these years, which is a true testament to his ability and service. He has always done an excellent job and has become a good friend.

I had an appointment with Alexandra the stylist and she was lovely. Very professional and great customer service. I wasn’t to sure what hairstyle I wanted but I knew I wanted it to be very short with Alessandra professional help and advice I chose the pixie hairstyle. I felt very welcomed and valued as a client. Overall I had a very good experience and I will recommend my family and friends to get their hair done at the salon by Alessandra. I’m very pleased with my new hairstyle.

Scott always does a masterful haircut, and I had quite a tricky colour conundrum which was dealt with really well. Love the salon atmosphere!

Antonio was the one that did my hair and I'm so impressed with how it turned out. He's done exactly what I've asked and I'm inlove. Made me feel so confident about myself and is such a lovely and funny guy. Your company is very lucky to have him on your team. Will definitely be coming back :)

April and George are just brilliant hair designers! I’m always happy when I walk away. And they are lovely people. They’re a very friendly l team in Westfield Shepherd’s Bush. I have been going here for quite a few years now. I always enjoy my experience.

The colour of my toner was exactly what I wanted. My hair looks fabulous I'm so happy. Great service. Great everything.

The worst experience ever!!! My head was being pulled all the time during blowdry, not gentle at all with my hair. The stylist was trying to brush my hair as if i was an animal. The brush he was using was old or used so many times that i could feel my hair sticking on the brush. My head was burned. Was my first time here and definetly my last. So overpriced since i was treated like that. Receptionist and the shampoo lady were very polite.

Really great cut and blow dry from Mark as always! Once again he listened to what I wanted and did a great job, even remembering what we discussed about my hair style last time I came in. The salon has a really nice atmosphere and everyone is friendly.

Hi, I had my haircut with ***** last week and I was really disappointed when I came home and washed it out as the cut is so uneven and it has no shape. Really gutted because I spent a lot of money and I trusted the salon as I used to get my hair cut with Elsa.

I get my haircut regularly with Mark. He is super talented, has great customer service skills, and I am always really pleases with the haircuts he gives me.
