Anthony has been doing my hair for years. He's the most professional hairdresser I've ever met. He listens to what I want and understands my needs. His skills and perfectionism are out of this world. Coming to have my hair done is such an amazing experience I wish I could come more often. Obviously these differences make the price go up, but it totally worths it. I always leave the place with a smile on my face.

The lady during my washing was so nice, she asked me questions and she also gave me tips on how to maintain my
Hair. Secondly the hairdresser Mark, was amazing, he made sure that everything was equal. He also offered drinks etc and did it to perfection

Was not happy with the service and blow dry from my stylist at all. Very rough handling, and did not give me the result I wanted and was adamant that it was because of the length and thickness of my hair.

Bit of a heavy wash but great cut

After arriving on time i was plonked in a chair and after waiting until 20 mins after my appointment time i got up and went back to reception to ask what was going on. I have always had excellent after care blow drys but today she absolutely couldn't be bothered. I am seriously considering not using your salon again i am afraid. PS my gown also needed washing.

I recently had my hair cut with Antonio and couldnt recommend him more! I went in just wanting a trim but during the consultation I decided to listen to his recommendation to go shorter as I wanted more volumous hair and I am so happy with the results, gorgeous cut, lovely conversation. An all round pleasant and luxurious experience worth every penny.

As always everyone in the salon was so welcoming and I left with a rocking new hair cut from the fabulous April.

I haven’t been to this branch of Toni & Guy for a couple of years as I wasn’t that impressed the first time so thought I would give it another go. I just booked a stylist as didn’t need anything drastic doing. First stylist I booked called in sick so was allocated another one. When my hair was washed a heavy towel wasn’t put round my shoulders so my dress got wet all down the back he did try to dry it off but I suggest using better towels which didn’t seem to be available. For a simple bob the cut took 1 1/2 hours quite a long time & another lady was waiting.
My cut is ok a bit shorter than I wanted & he did over curl it but now I have styled it myself it looks good.
I much prefer the Toni & Guy in Milton Keynes though.

Had a cut/colour appointment with Scott and Daniela at Toni n Guy Westfield yesterday and was totally impressed with the service! Despite the fact I got late and missed my appointment, Scott was really helpful and generous in trying to accomodate me in his busy schedule and sort it out for me. The cut he gave me was fantastic - exactly what I wanted! He is truly an expert in what he does and you can just leave it to him and relax! Daniela helped with the colour, was extremely patient in listening to what I wanted! All in all, a great experience and I would definitely recommend them if you are really looking for that great hair cut that suits you!

Service is very friendly, people can’t do enough to make you feel relaxed and looked after. Shaun is so talented, but has a personality with it. We always have good conversations and end up with a top quality haircut and with food for thought!!

I had my hair expertly coloured by Stuart Matuska on Saturday. Couldn't be happier! I look a million dollars. He was painting different colours like I was a piece of art(!) and the end result is just amazing. Please make sure he is working with you going forward as I will be returning regularly.
