I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years and have been getting my hair cut and colour by George. He is the best hairdresser I've had to date. Love that he knows exactly what I want and he always give me his honest opinion if he thinks something else looks better.
He is absolutely the best!

I moved to London not long ago and was super worried about finding a new hairdresser. Through recommendation, I booked an appointment with April and she's the best hairdresser I've ever had! All the staff are lovely and seem very good. And for colour, Paige is amazing! Couldn't recommend Toni & Guy Westfield enough!

Been visiting this salon for few years now, and I always had fairly good experience. when I called the salon they booked me in with a manager this time, as I had an important event to attend to so I thought this would be a treat.
I must say, I was not impressed with my cut and blow dry service at the end.
Firstly, when I arrived at the salon I was kept waiting whilst no one offered me a refreshment. Eventually, he came over and asked me what style I would like and took me to the wash area, the girl that washed my hair ended up soaking my back.

After my shampoo I was taken back to my seating area which had hair all over it. the manager/ stylist came over and he started cutting my hair.
My hair cut was not great, it was shorter then what I wanted and the product used felt a Little greasy. the whole way through the haircut he kept looking around on what the staff where up to, rather then concentrating on my hair.

I felt really rushed and disappointed,no attention to details. I had to go home and wash my hair again,and dry my clothes. I expected higher standard from management team at this store. I visit every three to four months as I'm away on business trips, however this time it feels like the managing standard has dropped heavily. I don't mind paying the price but I don't thing they pay attention to how it's run anymore.

The sink for washing the hair was filthy and the whole private room was in a shabby state. Looked like it needed a good clean. The girl who cut my hair was nice just everything else was below par

I find Toni&Guy salon in Westfield to be a vibrant place filled with energy and positivity, with nice and pleasant service. But the most admirable is dedication to quality and professionalism of Shaun Birmingham.

I've been going to Toni and Guy in Westfield for over 3 years having found George. He's brilliant.

Always get my trim from Mark, he does a brilliant job as always. The team are all lovely and always welcome me with a smile. Keep up the great work.

A good haircut without fuss but plenty of expertise

Great cut, friendly hairdresser Yannis gave me lots of helpful tips and recommendations for my hair, lovely person.

I went for a root touch up and toner today - the technician was really nice and polite, however I left the salon rather unhappy about the result. The roots were dyed too dark which resulted in a clear line difference between the root colour and the rest of my hair. She also hadnt applied the dye carefully leaving me with dye stains all over my forehead hairline and dyed face hair on my upper cheek next to the hairline (which now has to be bleached). I was then charged the full amount for inconsistent and poor job - I will have to now get the dyed face hair rectified at my own cost with no help from the staff to fix it. Toni and Guy advertise and are known for their quality, but it seems like taking the time to finish the work properly and ensuring a quality result is lost in the rush of trying to fit more clients in. I have been a regular customer for cut and dye; never been disappointed with the cutting but the colour is often a hit and miss.

I've been going to Tony & Guy, Westfield for a long time now. The first time I went there was only because it was convenient BUT Mark is so good- I'd follow him around the globe! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Appointments are never delayed. I am always offered a drink.. overall an excellent experience!

Really enjoyed my visit today, Stuart (as always) very professional and accommodating and achieved the look I wanted. My hair was washed and blow dried really well by another young man who was very good and attentive. Overall a very good and efficient visit. Very happy!

Despite it was very busy all staff was kind and smiled. The ambiance was comfortable and Scott was skilled and patient enough to help me to get a direction for style . Exactly what I needed. Very professional environment and will definitely come back .

Didn't last! Had hair tonged and advised stylist to curl first with hairdryer but she didn't and has not lasted beyond a day

This was my first visit to Toni & Guy Westfield - I used to go a lot when I lived elsewhere and always had a great cut. I had a lovely hairdresser, young chatty girl who put me at ease but I was so unhappy with the cut. I should've said something at the time but I thought perhaps it was the way she dried it. A few weeks later, I'm feeling so angry that I paid £50 for this, she didn't listen to what I wanted and it has looked awful ever since. I won't be going back.

I love my fortnightly visit to see the Fabulous April at the White city Westfields salon. As well as being an awesome hairdresser she always cheers up my day, as do the rest of the staff.

I wanted highlights and someone recommended Paige and she didn't disappoint! Paige knew exactly what I wanted, she's amazing! I would highly recommend Paige. Great colourist and lovely lady.

I don't like my hair cut ,as I mentioned how I like it but it's not, ibalways do color my hair with Rebecca, she is good girl, but they guy didn't do best cut for 63£,doesn't worth

So, I came in today, deflated as I was still suffering the backlash of alopecia after baby's birth 18 months ago. Hair had become extremely thin/fine and I was unsure what to do with it. I can't tell you how happy I am. Scott (who is the new manager I think) and only been there about a week, quickly came up with something that would give me a bit of style and would help my hair look like it had volume. We went very short - and I absolutely love it. I feel more like me and I had two compliments before I left Westfield. Very happy and will certainly return!!

Arriving unsure of what I wanted and very aware that my hair was lack and boring, Scott was fab! He listened to what I said about the length, had suggestions on what would look good and gave me little tips on how to care for my hair and scalp and how to style. And he was spot on, I left with a style I wouldn't have thought to try but is perfect for my hair and face shape. I'll definitely be going back!

This is the 2nd time I've been to see April and I can honestly say she is the best hairdresser I have ever had! Beautiful haircut by an amazing person. I would highly recommend April. She listens and tells you exactly what's she's doing every step of the haircut.

I love this branch. I have been coming here for a few years now for haircuts and colour. All the staff are extremely warm and friendly.

On the odd occasion the result of a colour may have not been as I expected but they always corrected it free of charge :)
