He did a wonderful job with my cut. I am usually skeptical of allowing anyone to manage my haircut but Dario exactly got what I wanted and delivered amazing results. The services of Toni&Guy are amazing anyway but the stylist makes a huge difference. I’m definitely going back.

Lucia was very attentive and listened carefully to my wishes. She was very helpful with her advice and recommendations and I’m very pleased with my cut.

Darío gave an amazing service. He was friendly and polite. A wonderful haircut. I am very happy and will definitely return to him.

Came back for the second time to the salon. It was great.
I came back after 4 weeks on Stuart advice and it was perfect timing. Stuart has done an amazing job on my hair finding the perfect blonde tone that I want and that is perfect for my skin tone. He was the reason I came to the salon in the first place looking for a good coloriât who will be doing the perfect blonde that I wanted and never had before.
Dario did an amazing job as well cutting my hair into a Bob. So happy about the result.
They both did spend quality time doing my hair in order to get exactly what I wanted.
Also, such a nice atmosphere at the salon, everyone being really welcoming and kind.

Second time that I am coming at tony and guy Westfield. Super happy of it. I had my color done by Stuart. He is amazing, just doing the right tone that I want , plus the right blonde tone for my skin color. I came back 4 weeks after the 1st appointment as he said and it was perfect timing. Dario did also an amazing work at cutting my hair in a Bob. They both spent a good quality time on my hair to be exactly what I want. Real professionals.
Also really good atmosphere at the salon and everyone so kind and so welcoming.

Wayne gave me an amazing style which was much needed after shielding.
His friendly manner and obvious skill made it a very pleasant experience and I felt quite safe with all the rules in place.

I thought my stylist was very friendly, but he unfortunately cut my hair much shorter than I asked him to. For this reason, I will not return to him the next time I get a cut.

Sabina give me the best hair cut I’ve had in years! She actually listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly while still being chatty. Can’t recommend enough!

Dario gave me the best cut. My hair felt a lot lighter and healthier so I was over the moon with the service and expertise.

Melis was great and i like my hair, just be carful about the length you ask for always go with 7 cm more than what you want because it will be shorter.

Excellent service but ruined hair and paid way too much for a orange/ blonde/green look. OverPriced and overrated

Melis was very professional and the consultation we had before was very reassuring. The actual haircut and blow dry was great. Very happy with the outcome! I have been using Tony & Guy for about 15 years now. I have never had a bad hair cut or bad experience in any of the salons.
I have incredibly frizzy hair and it is the bain of my life. Some of your style directors have suggested I try the Keratin procedure and I have always been a bit dubious.
Anyway, I had the procedure last Monday and I am over the moon with it. My hair took to it really well and it is pretty much straight, I just have to wave the straighteners over it and viola I am good to go. I no longer resemble Crystal Tips & Allister (a cartoon from the 80s) and my boyfriend can no longer say I look like Louis the 14th!
I have always loved your Westfield W12 salon. All of the staff are friendly and they always do a fabulous job on my hair.
The lady that done the keratin was lovely and talked me through every step of the way. I cannot remember her name but she is the only one that does the keratin.
I also want to big up April, Jamie and George (all left now unfortunately) but Salvatory, the keratin lady, another lady style director and Antony are all great. In fact they are all great!
I have never left a message on this site but feel that the salon deserves to be praised to the highest. Please do let them know that I have left a message here for their higher management to see. Thanks, keep up the fabulous work. Jane

I had a great experience yesterday when I got a long overdue hair cut! I've always had very long hair but decided to cut it short. I was so nervous about it but Melis was so friendly and professional that I didn't need to be! She did a great job of cutting my hair and talked me through what my new style would look like for my hair type. She talked me through the products she was using and the best ways of maintaining my style. Atmosphere was very relaxing, I love my new hair and I would definitely book again!

It was a pleasure to attend for a cut and colour with Serena on 23 July. It’s my first visit to a salon in many months and Serena had a big challenge ahead! Serena Is very talented and immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She listened, provided really good advice and ideas and the cut and colour were excellent. I came out of the salon feeling and looking like a different person (in a good way!!). Huge thanks to Serena for my new look- one of the best hair experiences in a long time!

I had my hair done there in March 2018, which they totally destroyed from the root and 28 months later it’s still not at the length it was back then.
I put personal injury solicitors on the case who managed to settle my claim for damages, related expenses and compensation for the sum of £9000
The only reason I would go there now is to flaunt the cheque under the franchisees nose.

I had a first consultation with Stuart a week ago about how I wanted my color done. He understood straight away the natural blond I wanted without seeing my roots.
I was looking for a hairdresser who will do that for 2 years in London!!!
I came today to have it done. I am so happy of the result. It is absolutely perfect, exactly how I wanted it. It was completed by a nice haircut from Odario. I asked him to remove the damaged ends, and he did a nice bob that I can keep or choose to let grow back again.
I am so pleased about it all. Today I look completely different from when I arrived.
The environment is great, the salon is amazing and staff friendly and also are really careful about respecting covid measures.
I recommend this salon and abviously Stuart and Odario to everyone. You can go closed eyes there. I have already booked my next appointment and I will post my picture on Instagram ?

It was great. Weird time for visiting the hairdressers - no coffee - no mags and basically a bit of plastic around my shoulders - but that’s just how it is. Lovely hairdresser - great experience!

After 4 months away, it was a pleasure to be back and have Tiff work her usual magic... I was delighted with my whole experience.....
One suggestion .. I walked into one of the Perspex screens between the chairs on the lower floor.... it was a bit dangerous but this could easily be rectified by putting paint or tape on the outside edge of the screen so it stands out ?
