The entire process was excellent. Everyone was wearing a mask or visor and there were screens between booths and adequate spacing to maintain appropriate social distancing. My hair cut with Chia was excellent. I would love to have her cut my hair again.

Melis always does a great job with my hair, but I'm even more pleased this time as the circumstances (Covid19, PPE, etc), didn't change the quality of the appointment. I'm really satisfied with my hair cut and the overall service was also excellent.

I've been today in Toni&Guy Shepherd's Bush just few days after lockdown with my son. The stylist Dario did a great job with both, we're very happy with the haircut. Also the hygiene standards were accurate with one-use stuff. Just missed the coffee with biscuits they used to offer us... but normal because the situation. Thanks again for the excellence, Toni&Guy!

I can’t believe the care that has gone into welcoming clients back to Toni and Guy Westfield. A pack containing masks and disposable gown and towel starts the visit, with socially distanced chairs separated by plastic dividers! Plus the usual high standard of hairdressing of course!

one very happy lady, my journey from arrival to departure was so smooth and professional, hygiene was spot on with a welcome pack of disposable gown, mask and towel. My hairdresser Lucia was very pleasant and friendly and listened to what I wanted and created a perfect haircut and finish.

Lucia was my hairdresser and she made me feel very comfortable and made my appointment very enjoyable in these difficult times. Was very happy with my haircut and blowdry and would definitely recommend Lucia as a hairdresser. Also the other staff were very professional on arrival giving me my personal PPE and everyone and all set ups were all conforming with social distancing.

This used to be a great salon. It still has fantastic stylists and colourists, but booking an appointment is a nightmare. I've had 3 appointments in a row messed around or changed at the last minute. I'm not sure what's happening with the management of this salon but it's definitely gone downhill and I couldn't recommend it at the moment.

Experience from the staff providing a hair wash to the hair cut was of an outstanding standard. Give Dario a promotion.
