Lucia was really great, I love the whole experience with her as she is super friendly and does exactly what is asked An asset to the salon and she is the only reason I travel over an hour to get to that specific salon even though I have branches near me

Good hair cut.

I’m very happy with my haircut. Lucia was very helpful and discussed what i wanted and didn't rush into cutting my hair. She took her time and explained what would look better on me.
The end result was just superb! However i have one small issue. I really hope the receptionist are more friendlier and courteous towards the clients. All you have to do is just smile! :)

First time at the Westfield branch so was a bit hesitant as to which stylist for a cut & blowdry but Lucia was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a fab cut exactly and I wanted and liked it. So happy with my hairstyle, will definitely book with her again.

I didn’t like the atmosphere of everybody talking in Italian very loudly and struggled to be understood when i asked a question about my treatment. Not an experience i want to repeat.

Brilliant Lucia!

Gloria is an absolute colour goddess! After have platinum hair for 7 years she managed to get it the lightest yet with amazing even coverage. The lovely Melissa then cut and styled it for me, dream team!

What can I say. Stuart always colours my hair so I know to expect wonderful results. First time Wayne has cut my hair. Absolutely fabulous will now book him every time.

Haircut

Great cut & blow dry by Antonio for both myself and daughter before Xmas. He's cut our hair several times now and always makes our hair look great! We'll be returning for our next haircut with him when we next need a cut.

Fantastic experience

I needed to book a last minute appointment to have my hair cut as it was long overdue of needing some tlc, booked toni & guy the night before which was quick and easy. The service was amazing the moment I stepped in and the hair dresser (cant remember the name) did everything perfectly and did exactly what i wanted! Really wish I asked what products he used for the hair oil as well as shampoo and conditioner as it left my hair feeling feeling so smooth and silky throughout the day!

This was now my third visit to Antonio at Toni & Guy, Westfield White City and as after my previous appointments, I was very pleased with my hair. An excellent Cut and Blow-dry!

Chie was a darling, she was warm, friendly, made me feel so welcome and my hair looks and feels amazing.

Hair washing was great, gentle and thorough. Antonio was very professional yet personable and attentive. I would definitely recommend him and will be returning there for my next haircut. Also nice to have someone smiling!

as always Anthony did a great job. was a bit surprised by the attitude of the receptionist. told me to dress myself with cover and didn’t even hand my jacket back on way out. clearly discourteous
