EXCELLENT HAIRCUT FROM ELENI

I’ve been getting my hair cut by the same person for over 10 years and decided to try elsewhere since I wasn’t happy with my cut the last few times. As I work near Westfield I thought I’d give T&G a shot and booked an appointment on the day with Scott. I was nervous as I’m pretty OCD about my hair but when I met Scott he really took the time to understand what I want when it comes to my hair e.g how I normally style it, what I’m looking for, etc. He made suggestions and didn’t push if I didn’t want it cut a particular way. He was friendly and chatty which was great.
We agreed to not cut my hair as short as I wanted to go which was fine as once it’s cut you can’t change your mind. He checked my hair constantly making sure it was cut properly and evenly (my last few hair cuts had been wonky) and that my layers were properly cut. Overall very happy and I think I’ve found my new go to person when it comes to my hair. Thank you so much

George is fantastic at T&G Westfield’s. Very attentive and excellent hairdresser, hence staying with him so many years.

What is not to understand about “I like to keep the tops of my ears covered.” The guy then proceeded to shave the side of my head, and still keep cutting when I asked him not to!
I hate the way I look now and I’m stuck like this until it grows back.

I chose the Westfield branch as the stylist moved to this new location. Even though this branch is not close to my home, the haircut was worth the journey.

I have been going to Toni & Guy Westfield since the past 6 years and have been getting my hair cut from Antony since a couple of years! I always love my haircut and particularly today I tried a fringe for the first time. I love my new style and a big thank you to Antony for suggesting it!

It was my first time at this salon, so was a bit worried, having had a bad experience when I last went to the Chiswick branch. But it really turned out to be a great experience. I had a cut & blow dry and a hair treatment. Loved my hair cut and styling and both Chia and Fernando were great and made me feel at ease. They are so chatty and relaxed, but very professional and skilled at what they do. I’ll definitely be back :) thank you

Absolutely amazing cuts. He always seems to understand just what I want and his minor adjustments are accepted as he has so much knowledge it’s never wrong.

My first time to try Toni & Guy and was so happy about it. Salvatore was so much fun and has such talented hands. He was suggesting that I go for short hair, and surprisingly I was not nervous at all. He had my trust at the start, and the outcome was so nice! The rest of the team were all smiling and the playlist was nice - such great atmosphere!

It's a rare occasion when the first time you come to a hairdresser's, they actually make a haircut you'd like. This was that time. Unlike an Aveda branch, where they kept making an egg out of my hair, this is actually worth the money.

I’ve been going to George for the last 5 or so years. I’ve got quite difficult hair, bushy and big. George always cuts it in a way that works for me and it lasts ❤️

When I want to feel fantastic and confident, I just need to see Antony. He listens and has great chat, encourages me to try new things and I trust him absolutely to give me an amazing haircut every time. I'm not sure what I would do without him, he is a key part of my A team!

The new woman in the Westfield branch is a breath of fresh air. I’ve had lots of bad experiences with stylists at this branch, but she’s got personality and is very good at what she does.

The Italian woman who carried out the gray blending treatment is also excellent.

Melis was brilliant and patient and listened to what I had wanted. Am experimenting with my hair so taking it in stages going shorter. Really appreciated the stylist’s advice. Loved the hairstyle and cut.
