Full marks for staff and salon, very happy with the result!

I cut about 16cm off my hair (ended up just below shoulder length). Lucia did an amazing job on my hair! I brought in a photo and she gave me the hair cut I wanted. She took a lot of care in giving me a personalized cut, making sure that I was happy with the result. Very professional and I definitely recommend!

Eleni has cut my hair for 15 years so no need to say more however she is the best!

Nice salon, no music so even better as very peaceful.

My haircut was with stylist Lucia at the branch in Westfield White City. She was very pleasant & took care & attention in my cut which resulted in a style which I was very happy with. Will recommend her to others & visit again.

I went to Toni & Guy for a haircut after not having a cut for a long time and letting my hair grow out. I had an appointment with stylist Lucia and she was so wonderful. She worked with me to figure out what style would be good for me and she executed it perfectly. I will definitely be returning to the salon to see her when I’m due another haircut and I will be keeping the gorgeous style she gave me.

I had my haircut and coloured the other day, the team were amazing and welcoming and my colourist (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name!) was incredible, did the colour and put on an extra toner to make sure the colour was perfect, and the cut was perfect too. Thank you!!

Excellent service from Adrian from Barcelona at T&G Westfield

6 hours, a long process for full head -hair lights and cut and blow dry. She loves her hair. Lovely people and lovely atmosphere. Adrian was amazing and very nice.

Reuben is one of the best hairstylist and I'm really sad that he's leaving Tony&Guy..I wish Tony&Guy had more staffs like him who spends extra time on details with wholeheartedly..Thx Reuben and we'll be missing you alot...

Lucia at this salon has had vision for my hair and in seven months has taken it from an unstylish mess to something with a wow factor. Every cut on the journey has been great; the fringe trims in between give it a refreshing top up, and the service (hair wash, drinks) are great.

Staff seem moody, are seeing a few clients simultaneously and dont do a good job!

As always, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Anthony always listens carefully to what you want and advises if it is not suitable, but always delivers the best outcome.
Highly recommend them.

Excellent as usual. Good to go to a hairdresser you trust even with some wild restyle. Antonio is always friendly, professional and fun.

George is fantastic, he knows exactly what I need and delivers.
I receive an SMS reminder, arrive at the salon, greeted warmly by reception and George collects me. I wear the salon over shirt, get my hair washed then sit with George who gives a fantastic hair cut whilst i take sips on the provided pineapple juice. The session ends with a hair wash, condition and oiling. I pay, make my next appointment then leave.
