Amazing wash and blow dry. I have very thick hair and I was worried about the stylist getting tired. But she was fantastic. She gently took my hair and started blow drying. There was no pulling or tugging I didn’t even realise that she had done half my hair until I looked up at one point. She was an amazing stylist. Very quick as well I was so happy with my finished look. Thank you so much.

Can I also add even the guy on the reception was really welcoming and the girl who washed my hair was very good she asked me if the water temperature was ok for me and the little head massage that she gave me was just what I needed.

A big big thank you for rescuing my hair, I shall never try another hairdresser again, very happy customer

I had an excellent Cut and Blow-dry. I was really pleased with it. Also, Antonio has a very nice manner and listens to what the client wants. I shall certainly book future appointments with him and recommend him.

I’m really unhappy with how my haircut went. To begin with I was made to wait 45 minutes for my appointment because the stylist was running late. I am deeply unsatisfied with how my hair has turned out, it looks like someone attacked it with a hack saw. I asked for one length, but there is a very noticeable, angular line where the hair at the front is shorter than at the back. Very displeased, I tried to communicate to the stylist at the time what was bothering me, but I gave up because I was really scared he was going to do more damage. I was given a £5 discount for the lateness, however the actual service I received makes me wary of ever stepping foot in there again.

I’m naturally dark brunette had my hair bleached and dyed 6 months ago to go ash blonde. Since then the roots came through like crazy and I had a real badger thing going on. Ahead of one of my best friends’ weddings next week, I visited Westfield Toni&Guy and was treated to a sick haircut from Salvatore and a stunning bleach and toner dye from Adrian - both are amazing chaps, so talented, friendly and fun! Worth every penny - will be booking in with them again soon!

First visit to salon having previously been clients of Hammersmith branch (recently closed) for several years. Dillan cut/blow dried my daughter's hair beautifully and this has made such a difference to its condition. He also advised on which Label.m shampoo to use to combat dry ends. I couldn't join the Rewards scheme as the system was down, so unfortunately wasn't able to receive points for this visit which was a shame.

I am a customer of toni & guy since 2006 but first time I am not satisfied with my hair cut & to think it is in london the toni & guy i often go is in harrow & i can say if you tell them what hair cut you wanted they can do it 100% of customer satisfaction even i go to the stylist only but they are very good. in white city not good experience, never come back again. ruined my hair, hai shampoo & massage better to go in no name salon they are much better. what a waste of money, expensive not good service.

I can’t recommend Dylan in the Whote city branch enough. Totally in tune with Clint needs and did a really ‘spot-on’ updo for me on a night out.

A child’s haircut took over an hour and it had to be ‘ cut short ‘ because I could not wait any longer . Also hairdresser disregarding my wishes completely as to how I wanted the hair to be cut. I will never return .

Initially I wasn’t satisfied that the stylist understood my directions to be honest. He said he did. He didn’t. I was dissatisfied with the end result - he cut it too short. The cut was poor value and certainly not worth the price (I’ve since found sections that are unevenly cut).

Lovely salon. Wonderful staff Dillon my hair dresser was really nice asset to Toni and Guy saloons cut my hair just how I like it. Had my daughter with me too and all staff were very welcoming to us both x lovely cup of coffee and hot chocolate for my daughter x only downfall was the price usually get my hair done in Hammersmith which has now closed down and had to pay extra £10 for the same cut!!

As usual .. in the hands of a caring totally involved professional at the top of his game , more importantly a genuine lovely guy . What more could one want .

feeling unwelcome at reception, and it isn’t the first time I notice that some of the people who stand at the reception are very cold at greeting customers, but today was the day I had the worst moment there and I need to mention this, I find your staff arrogant, I went this afternoon and two ladies standing there both of them on the phone, I was waiting a while and not even eye contact not even hello not even nothing, like I was invisible, so I left
I am a regular customer and I should book and appointment soon but I think I will change to another salon ..
