Amazing colour and an amazing job well done with the hair cut too

Leah was super efficient and friendly, understood exactly what I wanted from my description, talked me through how she was going to cut it and made sure to ask my opinion every step of the way. She was super friendly and actually super quick, managed to get my hair washed, cut, dried and settled in a little under 45 minutes. Hair looked and felt amazing afterwards. Thank you Leah ????

Roberto is lovely but unfortunately misheard what I said so I didn’t really get the haircut I wanted. More of a light trim

I had been a bit of a hairdresser nomad until I came to Toni and Guy around a year ago and met Fotis. The general atmosphere and service in the salon is impeccable but Fotis works magic with his scissors - my haircut lasts the test of time looking fab for 3 months afterwards. I even moved out of London and now come back just for my haircut!

Sarah has done an amazing job. She understood exactly how I would like my hair to be cut and also had some great styling tips for me.

We also had a great chat - which makes a hairdresser appointment so much more enjoyable and fun.

Professional, honest & didn't give up on finding a way to gain the result I wanted regardless to how damaged my hair was from the disasterious experience i had @Toni & Guy - Ilford, Stuart treated my hair and never compromised on getting that result that I really wanted - thank you very much!!

Stuart is an amazing colourist with great people skills! He does natural glossing for me every couple of months and he consistently delivers beautiful results with great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Really lovely salon, all very friendly and Michael done an amazing cut for me, exactly what I asked for and although he didn’t rush and took his time, I was still out the door within an hour. I never usually stick to one person or salon but will def be back to see him, girl who washed my hair was lovely too

I was very pleased with Natalia. She takes pride in her work. Bold, bright & brilliant. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and has a lot of charisma. She even purchased some biscuits from the nearby Tesco to enjoy. I must say, the interior design of the toilet is absolutely stunning & immaculate. A refreshing surprise. Well done & thank you for providing an outstanding service today (hair extensions....now I wish I had gone with the 22”)

Had another superior cut from the lovely Leah. My partner and I always love to see Leah’s smiling face; she never fails to leave us both look smart and sharp. Always a great cut!

From beginning to end excellent service. Despite the ridiculously hot day, the stylists dealt with the 35 degree heat with decorum. Looked after my two daughters excellently. They left feeling relaxed and hoping to go again really soon. Thanks to all the staff.
