Stuart and Alex did a marvellous job.

Leah did an amazing job! She understood directly how I would like my hair to be cut and showed me how to style my hair.

We also had a great chat while I was in the Salon. I couldn't be happier and can only recommend to get a high quality hair cut from Leah.

This was the second time I visited the salon. The first time I saw Stuart for colour and another stylist whose name I don't recall, for a cut. I was very pleased with the results. On this occasion however, I was extremely disappointed. There was very little if any difference to the colour of my hair and the stylist did not achieve what I was looking for. Furthermore, the first time.i visited the salon I used olaplex and my hair felt lovely and soft, this time it felt corse. The man who Washed my hair gave a lovely massage but when he was straightening my hair he burned the top of my ear lobe with the hair straighteners.
The receptionist was really sweet and offered to book me in again to get the colour corrected.

Got a haircut by Reza - a layered trim & fringe. Was happy with the trim but pretty disappointed with the fringe. Had shown a picture and everything but the length was too short, and the way it was styled made it stick out rather than fall naturally. Overall a good experience minus the fringe.

Once again Hayden did an AMAZING job. I have SO much hair and it always take a bit longer to do than most people’s appointments. Hayden worked through his lunch and made sure that my hair do was finished off brilliantly. Plus he’s always super friendly. I now have bright pink mermaid hair and I LOVE it!!! Thank you :) x

I had my colour with Stuart and my cut with Alex, both very lovely and attentive. Happy with the results. Got offered plenty of drinks including a glass of prosecco. Great service! Main downside is that you can’t tip on card, I was the last client and they were closing and I didn’t have any cash. Is this something that could be reviewed for other clients so staff don’t lose out on tips? Thank you.

I booked a last minute appointment with Leah and I could not be happier with my experience. I usually feel awkward going to a hairdressers because my hair is so thick and it takes so long, however from the moment I stepped into the salon, I felt at complete ease. From the welcome at the front desk, to washing my hair and then the cut itself. Leah was really easy to talk to and made me feel completely at ease. The atmosphere in the salon was amazing, you could tell that they are a close knit group of mates as well as work colleagues. Helping each other out and bantering. I would 100% recommend Shoreditch toni and guy for both the talent of the staff and the overall atmosphere!

Leah is fab- understands exactly what you want and does a great job.

I love this place! Stuart runs an excellent ship - the staff are kind, polite and accommodating and extremely talented. I see Danielle for my hair who is the best hairdresser I know I'll ever have and have followed him from salon to salon! Stuart is amazing at colour and always helps me to see other options which I might not be too sure about but always look amazing. I'd like to really commend Shaun too - he knew I was under pressure yesterday but got in with my wash and dry but the quality didn't drop.

The salon is located at the hustle and bustle of Shoreditch. A five minute walk from Liverpool Street station. It’s always clean and the atmosphere is amazing. The service is top notch and one of the best in the UK. You are not just a customer here....it’s more than that.

I have been seeing Stuart for years. Stuart makes you feel welcome and comfortable. He listens and achieves your goal on how you want your hair. I always leave the salon feeling relaxed and refreshed. I couldn’t reccommend a better hair colourist.

I booked for a toner and there was initial mistake when I first sat down. The colourist thought i was a colour change. I corrected him when I realised his error after he had mixed the tint. He was very happy and helpful and said it was not a problem to mix the toner instead. He said the booking details was incorrect. The colourist was very pleasant talkative and friendly. I enjoyed conversing with him. The lady who shampooed me was also pleasant. The outcome of the toner was pleasing. I was very happy. However when I was charged for the treatment I was charged £45. I paid without questioning. I thought the error may be mine. I since looked up the price list on line and can see the toner is £20.
Unfortunately I am now travelling until the 9th Feb, so I will not be able to chase this until I return. However I would like the over charged price to be resolved or justifiably explained.
